Ngl man the Coconut Crab has this. They've been known to kill seabirds and even reportedly, sleeping sailors, and will absolutely crush bones when they get a grip. The French Bulldog by contrast only has its mouth to work with.

Not really, French Bulldog is much faster, agile, and has a wayy better mobility.
The dog is also wayy smarter.
Then the dog limbs can move in more angles than the crab as it can only grab. The dog can just stomp on it before it can grab

The better durability is just its shells. The connecting parts between limbs the dog can easily twist it as it doesn’t have bones and the limb will fall out.

You're kinda overestimating the bulldog here because the crab can afford to lose a leg. The crab needs a good grab and this behavior WAS recorded

To defend itself, the crab has more options than you think, being able to scale surfaces, French bulldogs, who I've encountered are mobile but they're not significantly so that they'll be running laps around coconut crabs like you claim.

The fighting location is an airplane hangar which is extremely expansive for both sides. There isn’t much surfaces to “scale” on. Moreover, I don’t think the crab can scale walls with 1-2 broken legs.

A bird’s bones are extremely fragile. Dogs’ are way denser. Dog bones are even denser than humans’ which the crab was only able to grab, not break.
