No, I'm pretty sure it was accepted that the graph wasn't a measure of power/strength when the 60x multiplier was accepted.

The graph shows his S-Pow Activity and his AP numbers, which don't mean anything unless they say it's power. These are fictional stats.

David was measuring a lot of stuff, such as All Might's health. It could be his overall condition, not just how hard he can throw a punch.

Unless someone can prove these numbers are about his striking strength, then there's no way to use this graph.

Honestly? I don't think the 5+ amp for AP is acceptable anymore. (It's not a multiplier; it's actually an addition from how we treat it.)

I don't remember why I agreed with it, but I don't think it's good. We aren't told the exact mechanics of Fa Jin. I mean, it cannot be 100% energy convergence, since Izuku's strike would have no power. Or does Fa Jin create energy from nothing? Does charging Fa Jin affect Izuku's attacks at all?

At least, I see issues with the current method. We have too little information to know that it's a 1-to-1 conversion and release of kinetic energy.

I mean why would it be a 5x speed multiplier? Storing and using five times the normal energy wouldn't make you five times faster. To move five times faster, you'd need 25 times more kinetic energy.
