Yang Kai is a master of his multiverse, but he still exists within a framework that has "Logic" (which Anos breaks) and an "End" (which Yogiri is). He simply doesn't have the conceptual kit to interact with beings that treat existence as a suggestion.

Understandable if you’re taking it serious, since they barely explain anything and too much stuff is skipped. That’s why I always recommend the dub for the comedy it has. I’d say it isn’t that bad when you compare it to the amount of trash anime that gets released and did you watch the movies the 1st one is a must.
