If yall were to do an in-verse tier list how would it look?
This is my tiering (in descending order, stronger person comes beforehand, for argument sake I’m using their strongest forms)
Beyond Prime AM: Complete Shigaraki, Gear Shift Deku
Prime AM: Rewind AFO, Prime AM, Star and Stripe, Cluster Bakugou, Final War Mirko
Weakened AM: Phosphor Dabi, Rage Gigantomachia, Phosphor Todoroki, Final War Endeavor, Pre-Injury Hawks, Baldur Tokoyami, Fused Overhaul
Below Weakened AM: Final War Best Jeanist, Final War Mirio, Number 6, Lover Mode Gentle Criminal, Pre-Injury Lady Nagant

That was not the only major problem, there was also the problem of the shockwave's deceleration speed,which is actually the main reason for the downgrade.
Wait I'm coming.
You know, this could work if you're serious with it. I saw an article whereby the author got interviewed, and he said that he was the first person to play the game before it even came out, and to him the game feels exactly like his work but just in game form.

Why is Flect that high? That's the one that bothers me the most.
I'd question why Wolfram is that high despite being weak, but I'm still working on him.
He's barely Weakened All Might level. I'm making a thread after the travel speed revision to downgrade him. There's a massive problem with his "scaling" that people have overlooked. I've missed it too, but it's beyond atrocious once I realized Weakened All Might would've stomped this man if he wasn't running out of time.

he should be in B tier around the nomus. i placed him there while i was ranking the lower tiers and forgot to bring him back down. i don't see anyone below that going through his absorption shields except probably Aizawa.

A full power strike from Deku could blast straight through Shigaraki.
Shigaraki's full power strikes did not do the same when used against Deku or Mirko.
Unless you mean that some assortment of Quirks could put him above Deku's full power, though I don't think that was shown.

It’s implied that they both could oneshot each other; a direct strike from Shigaraki sent Deku flying literal kilometers and destroyed his mask, with Deku noting that it would’ve been fatal if he didn’t wrap himself in Blackwhip to shield the impact
Deku’s only real wincon is destroying Shigaraki’s head so he can’t regenerate, but with Danger Sense I don’t think that’s super likely

I mean, Shigaraki only got Danger Sense after over 20 minutes of stalling from Izuku. If Izuku wanted to be lethal, he could've won way earlier.
If we're talking about win cons, and I know that wasn't the original topic, then Izuku could've killed him back at the Coffin. Shigaraki's Quirks were erased, meaning he was fodder to Izuku. The only reason Shigaraki survived past the Coffin is that Izuku was trying to reach an answer before he decided to kill Shigaraki or not.
Shigaraki points out that even with Regeneration, he isn't certain if he could survive the Delaware Smash that Izuku used to stop Decay if he hit him directly. Shigaraki didn't even say if Izuku hits him in the head, just that if he hits him directly in general, it would probably be too much for his regeneration.
Nana then reveals Izuku still didn't reach max Fa Jin, although I question if Fa Jin even has a known max to them. Izuku seems to be just building up what he needs.
If we're talking about power only, then Izuku is stronger than Shigaraki. If we're talking about lethality, then Shigaraki is stronger because he has Decay and other haxs. In terms of their standard stats, Shigaraki is indeed stronger. Shigaraki, with his Quirks, is a lot stronger than Prime All Might, while Izuku is only slightly stronger. The fact that Izuku used Gearshift even when Shigaraki was Quirkless tells me that Izuku wasn't confident he could dominate without it.
Gearshift was his last resort after all. Kudo even gave him the green light. Izuku can only surpass Shigaraki with his Fa Jin. Without Fa Jin, Izuku would be inferior.
Also, Shigaraki hit Izuku multiple times when he blew him to Mount Fuji.
Going by the amount of time, Shigaraki hit Izuku five times. It wasn't a single direct hit. Also, there's a difference between fatal attacks. In real life, you can be equal to someone and hit them in a fatal spot. Izuku doesn't have regeneration, and if he takes a fatal injury, he's done for. If Shigaraki's attacks pop a major artery or something equivalent? Izuku just dies. That's fatal, but that's a lot weaker than someone who can shatter your entire body into pieces.
Izuku saying it'd be fatal doesn't mean it'd be comparable or worse than what Izuku can do to Shigaraki.

Also again we see Izuku delimb shigaraki several times and effortlessly destroy his growth with singular blows, he is absolutely easily maiming shigaraki when its necessary but he doesn't just want to obliterate him. Legit if shiggy didn't have regen almost everytime Izuku hit him it would have been a decisive blow and at worst dude would have been missing every limb and have a gaping hole in his chest

I mean obviously Deku was dominating Quirkless Shigaraki but in comparing them I’m going off of strongest forms, ex: Quirked Up Shigaraki with Danger Sense vs Gearshift + Fa-Jin 100% Deku

The more I think about Izuku's dad, the more I just get annoyed and weirded out by Horikoshi lol. Like literally why not show Deku's dad as one of the spectators of the final battle?
At this point, I'm not upset with Hisashi's absence, I'm upset with Horikoshi just...doing nothing with him despite him being someone that Izuku and Inko seem to clearly care and love.

I'm of the mind that Deku going all out against a Shigaraki who has Danger Sense would still obliterate him in short order. He cannot outmanuever Top Gear with Fa Jin ramming through his head.
I also don't see how Bakugo would be so high. Machia is a dud to me if Impure Beam scaling is what's influencing the position.

Prologue to the battle between Boros and Izuku:
Ever since the alien spaceship appeared in the sky, everything had gone to hell very quickly. Izuku was at UA in class 1-A with his classmates in the middle of hero class when suddenly his Danger Sense started to go haywire. He acted quickly, activating Full Cowl. He left the classroom in the blink of an eye and used Black Whip to reinforce the school's structure, then the world trembled and the school alarms sounded.
UA had barely survived the explosion; thanks to Izuku, the building didn't collapse completely, but many areas were weakened. A hole that opened up allowed Izuku to see the state outside…
Tokyo had been reduced to a pile of rubble, the damage likely extending even further than Izuku could see, and high in the sky, a black machine floated… A sinister-looking spaceship had caused tens of millions of deaths in the blink of an eye, and Izuku knew it; his Danger Sense told him so. All the previous wielders of One For All lay silent before such destruction.
At this moment, the surviving heroes were already in action, although it was unknown if they could do anything against the colossus that loomed menacingly in the sky.
The danger sense blared again, and Izuku promptly moved, dodging a surprise attack from a multi-headed, shape-shifting brown thing flying through the sky. "That thing is fast," he thought. "I must eliminate it," he added. "Protect the ship!" In a rage, Izuku punched the alien, which exploded into pieces… but quickly regenerated, returning to its normal state as if nothing had happened.
"Nice try," he exclaimed. "But I—" In the blink of an eye, Izuku destroyed all the marbles on Melzargard's body, turning the alien into black sludge. The young hero had noticed the marbles during the first regeneration and correctly deduced that this was the source of its regenerative powers.
"Izuku!" Ochako shouted his name as she floated through the same hole he had come from, followed by the rest of her classmates, only to be shocked by the sheer destruction, all worried about their families and friends in the city.
But before he could say anything, his danger sense beeped again; the ship was preparing to fire again, this time directly at the school area. Without thinking twice, he fired at the ship, using 100% of One For All and using Black Whips when dozens of bullets fired at UA. He used Black Whip to grab the bullets and launch them back at the ship from the sky. The ship's hull withstood the barrage of bullets he sent, but it couldn't withstand Izuku's furious attack on the underside of the ship, tearing all the cannons to pieces and leaving the ship defenseless, before infiltrating the ship, in the blink of an eye knocking out all the aliens he encountered and interrogating others.
All of this led up to this moment: the door to Boros's hall was destroyed by a single blow. As Izuku reached the core that held the ship aloft and the room of the one responsible for the attack, all the aliens were knocked out except for Geryuganshoop and Groribas, who were too great a threat for Izuku to knock out.
The leader of the invaders looked at the invader still seated on his throne. His golden armor had a menacing glow due to the purple light emanating from the core. Lord Boros looked at the invader, who, in that costume, had a terrifying aspect. He could sense an immense power hidden within the young hero's body. Meanwhile, Izuku felt the warnings of Danger Sense and the voices of the One For All wielders warning of the danger Boros represented.
‘So this is the best warrior this planet can offer? I can feel immense power coming from him’, Izuku stared at Boros fervently beneath his mask. "You... are responsible?"
The alien rose from his throne, ignoring Izuku's question, while grinning dangerously with his shark-like teeth, “Wonderful… Before we fight, let's introduce ourselves… I lead the Dark Matter Thieves group, I am the ruler of the universe, my name is Boros.” Izuku bit his lip, anger seething beneath his skin, but he decided to play along and try to get more information, “I am… Deku.”
“Deku…” The alien spoke Izuku's hero name as if savoring it, “Why did you attack us… Why attack Earth? Are you some kind of… space pirates? You are the ruler of the universe? Is that true?” The little information Izuku had obtained, along with the somewhat disjointed answers from his subordinates, was beginning to paint a horrifying picture.
“Why did I attack Earth?” The smile faded slightly as the alien began to descend the throne steps toward Izuku, “There’s a prophecy… I was a traveler, exploring the universe and devastating everything, but I was too strong. Eventually, I realized there was no one who could face me. I ended up feeling the torment of utter and overwhelming boredom. Then one day, a great seer told me that on a distant planet, a being would be my equal, someone who could receive my passion for battle… That was almost twenty years ago. Do you have any idea how far I traveled to be here? My men thought the prophecy was a lie, a fairy tale created to distract me, but now I’m sure it’s true. Let’s give my existence some impetus! That’s why I AM HERE!”.

Boros would 1000% yell it out in the context of being unable to hit Deku and him yelling at Deku to try and dodge this attack when he blasts him and the planet straight to hell Yelling or not, it wouldn't make a difference since Danger Sense would go into overdrive the moment Boros starts...
The battle between Boros and Izuku round 1:
Izuku unleashed a powerful, furious punch against the alien leader. The shockwave made the throne room tremble and the metal creak like a musical instrument. He simply couldn't resist the rage he felt when he heard Boros use the same phrase All Might uses. Even though the alien didn't know All Might, the use of that same phrase in such a malevolent way made the young hero lose his temper, even if only for a single moment.
This momentary loss of composure was a mistake, because Boros blocked the attack with the palm of his hand, the same fist coated in Full Cowl that broke Groribas' bones and tore Geryuganshoop apart. The fist that carried so much power that most villains would be defeated with a single blow was blocked so easily by the alien.
Boros grinned maniacally with satisfaction, while the area of armor on his arm displayed slight cracks, "You're strong, Deku…", at the same time the alien raised his own fist while holding Izuku's fist with his other hand, which tried to escape Boros's grasp, alerted by his danger sense, "BUT WHY AREN'T YOU USING ALL YOUR STRENGTH YET!!!" the alien shouted furiously as he delivered his blow to Izuku's face.
But the hero reacted quickly, covering himself with Black Whip and twisting his body in such a way that it lessened the force of Boros's fist, which soon made contact with the young man's body with full force, hitting with such force that Izuku's entire body was crushed against the metallic ground, causing a small crater.
Izuku instantly retaliated with a double kick to the torso of the armor, launching Boros away. Izuku swiftly stood up and prepared for combat, One For All activated, while he cooled his head, mentally berating himself for losing his temper so foolishly.
The young hero, sensing Danger Sense, quickly dodged a punch from Boros, who had already recovered from the kick and was now on top of Izuku with a predatory grin. He activated Smokescreen, covering himself in smoke to mislead the Universe Dominator, but despite this, he was easily located by Boros, who could track Izuku's energy. Boros began to unleash a sequence of brutal punches and kicks, but Izuku parried each blow with precise precision while retreating to gain distance. Despite this, Boros continued the onslaught, delivering several attacks with immense force.
At one point, Boros attempted to deliver a kick to Izuku's entire body, sending him flying into the ceiling, but the hero dodged the attack and countered with a brutal combo of punches to Boros's torso, causing the armor's cracks to spread. The alien roared in rage and tried to deliver an uppercut to the much smaller boy, but was stopped by Blackwhip and thrown against his throne, which shattered from the force of the impact.
Izuku didn't let the opportunity pass and advanced, floating in the air above the fallen Boros, then plummeting with full force, both feet landing on the alien's unprotected face, drawing blood as he felt the alien's skull crack. With Blackwhip, he tied Boros's legs and, with a leap, launched the Dominator of the Universe against a pillar in the throne room.
The vestiges and Danger Sense signaled that it wasn't over yet, so Izuku charged forward with a flying double kick towards Boros's body. However, the alien didn't slow down, dodging Izuku's kick which struck the pillar with full force, cracking it. With an agile movement, Boros grabbed the damaged pillar and, using momentum, circled around it, attempting to deliver a kick to Izuku, who blocked the blow with his arm, but was still launched to the other side of the throne room, hitting the wall.
Boros chuckled as he looked at Izuku and spat out a tooth, his armor cracked from the brief conflict, while his injuries faded. "You have excellent movements; I can see your training in your attacks."
Izuku felt the rage welling up in his chest once more. Millions dead just to satisfy Boros's boredom… And who knows how many more dead on other planets the Dominator visits. He was a genocidal maniac and would cause more havoc than All For One could dream of. Izuku would no longer fulfill the wishes of someone so horrible.
One For All bubbled through Izuku's blood as he finally activated his 100%, with a strength even greater than All Might in his prime. "I'll end this now…" And with incredible speed that Boros couldn't react to, Izuku approached the alien and delivered a powerful blow to Boros's chest, launching him to the far end of the throne room and shattering his armor in the process, creating a crater with Boros at the edge of the room, a huge bloodstain painting the crater like a sinister symbol.

Izuku's Danger Sense began to fire wildly, causing the hero to frown as he watched Boros casually emerge from the crater while brushing the remainder of his armor off his body. "This armor, used to seal my immense power, has now been destroyed..." the alien said, as he began to transform.
Izuku gritted his teeth as he charged at Boros to try and stop the transformation, clenching his fist tightly and preparing a punch. But as the alien's skin turned a dark blue and the veins in his body began to glow a mesmerizing blue, Boros's aura gained an intense glow that repelled Izuku, whose fist was mere centimeters from Boros's face, throwing him away as electrical sparks escaped from Boros's menacing aura.
The young hero spun in the air, regaining his balance, his danger sense alerting him to the threat Boros now posed, while the remnants watched as electrical sparks shot across the throne room, fragments of metal flying everywhere due to the shockwave created by the pink aura of the alien who displayed a cheerful grin, showing all his teeth.
“THE TIME HAS COME!!!” The alien leader shouted, as he charged at Izuku who was forcing One For All to its maximum.
Both the hero and the dominator charged at each other head-on, “DETROIT SMASH!!!” Izuku yelled as he dodged Boros's fist and struck the center of his chest, right in the eye in the middle of the alien conqueror's torso, but against Izuku's expectations the blow barely pushed Boros back a few inches, as he began to unleash a dangerous combo of punches which Izuku was forced to dodge, 'The Detroit Smash 100% barely moved on him, it's like punching an unbreakable wall…' Izuku reflected, retreating trying to gain distance, only for Boros with a predatory grin to pursue him, keeping Izuku pressed against him.
Izuku continued trying to distance himself from Boros, carefully dodging and parrying all of the Universe Dominator's attacks, who laughed amusedly. The young hero took advantage of an opening provided by his smaller size and crouched down, rolling under Boros's legs. Then, with Blackwhip, he grabbed the Dominator's neck, who had his back to him, and in one movement pulled Boros, lifting him over himself and slamming him against the floor of the throne room, creating a crater so large that cracks spread throughout the room's floor and the ship itself trembled violently. Taking advantage of the alien's confusion, Izuku used Blackwhip to slam him against each wall of the throne room, against the ceiling, and then in a spinning motion, struck each pillar of the room, knocking them down.
The entire room cracked open, tons of rubble fell, obstructing Izuku's view. Suddenly, Danger Sense activated, and Blackwhip was pulled into a pile of rubble that exploded, revealing the universe's dominator with a wild grin on his face. Izuku promptly deactivated Blackwhip and used the momentum to regain his balance in the air and position himself to deliver a double kick to Boros's face. The surprised alien simply crossed his arms in front of his face and blocked Izuku's blow, even though he was thrown out of the room, tearing through the throne room wall and disappearing into the depths of the ship.
'His strength and speed increased immensely with the removal of his armor… I should have used 100% to eliminate him quickly right from the start…' the young hero reflected, preparing to run after Boros and continue the battle, but he was interrupted by the Danger Sense alert and suddenly jumped high into the air, watching the ground he had previously stood on crack and tear as Boros emerged from the ground with a sinister grin and flew towards Izuku, who at that moment landed on the ceiling of the room and dodged by a few centimeters a brutal punch that further shattered the already collapsing ceiling. "You have excellent reflexes!" the alien praised as Izuku took advantage of the opening to unleash a sequence of brutal punches and kicks that sent Boros crashing to the floor as the ceiling collapsed in slow motion. Izuku watched with a grim expression as the small wounds he had inflicted disappeared from Boros's body.
He needed to inflict far more damage than that, and a plan formed in his mind. The young hero charged at Boros, quickly closing in on the alien leader, dodging a punch Boros attempted, and preparing his right arm to strike Boros at the elbow joint. “TEXAS SMASH!!!” Izuku yelled, delivering a powerful punch to Boros's elbow so hard it bent the wrong way. Then, activating Blackwhip, he trapped Boros's other arm and, with an agile movement, mimicked the Death Roll that crocodilians use to tear chunks from their prey. With a pull, he ripped off Boros's arm, while simultaneously striking the knee with a double kick to gain distance and bend the limb in the opposite direction, a move also successfully executed.
Izuku landed about 20 meters from Boros and paused for a moment to see Boros with one of his arms torn off, the other broken at the joint and at an unnatural angle, and his right leg also bent anatomically incorrectly. The smile had vanished from the conqueror's face as he stared at three of his four unusable limbs and the blood from his arm dripping onto the cracked floor of the room.
“Impressive, I’ve never seen someone with so much strength have such good reflexes or the ability to exploit my body’s weaknesses so effectively… Most would already be dead at this point,” the alien’s smile returned, while the leg and arm that were at an incorrect angle returned to their original positions and the stump where the severed arm had been stopped bleeding. “But you’ll have to try harder than that to take me down, Deku…” Boros praised, saying Izuku’s hero name with a palpable respect.
Izuku's eyes widened when he suddenly saw Boros charge at him even faster than before, his pink aura leaving a trail of electricity behind. Using Danger Sense, Izuku narrowly dodged the charge and subsequent blows, while both leaped across the room at incredible speeds. 'The Death Roll was effective; if I repeat it two or maybe three times, I can win…' Izuku reflected, listening to the advice of the vestiges, 'But… He's become much faster now, it's harder to move freely… And to think that even One For All is being challenged to this extent…'.
Izuku bit his lip as he was forced to stay on the defensive, while Boros continued to charge at him, leaving trails of destruction and molten metal. The air in the room began to heat up dangerously, while the metal debris was reduced to dust by the shockwaves, to such an extent that at one point one of Boros's blows broke the roof of the ship and both ended up outside on top of the alien ship. The daytime sky contrasted sharply with the disturbing darkness that was the ship's bowels, and the sun shone high in the sky.
Seeing an opening, Izuku promptly counterattacked with multiple kicks to the alien's face, drawing blood. But Boros didn't let it go easily, and using all the force of his pull, he struck Izuku in the stomach so quickly that even warned by his Danger Sense, Izuku was hit. The alien's fist threw Izuku against the ship's hull, shattering the metal into a crater. As the young hero spun to regain his balance and quickly get up, a little blood trickled from his mouth from the blow, a sight that made Boros grin wildly.
"Very good! Just as I thought, you're strong. Of all the beings I've fought, only you survived this long!" Boros praised Izuku as his body sparked, gaining a menacing glow and his aura going berserk, the boy's Danger Sense warning of the imminent danger of Boros's next move, "Now I'll unleash the destructive energy from within me! Any normal creature hit by it will have their bones vaporized!" Izuku quickly dodged the deadly energy beam coming towards him, but upon hitting the spot where he had previously stood, the beam exploded into a sea of flames almost as large as the ship, forcing Izuku to jump even higher to avoid the attack, even though his costume was partially burned by the blow and the heat made Izuku sweat profusely.
The shockwave from the attack was so strong that it made all the clouds disappear on the horizon. Izuku stared at the level of destruction, his mouth agape. The attack had caused so much damage that even that super-resistant ship had been so badly damaged. If this had happened on the ground, who knows how much destruction it would have caused? Izuku had to keep the battle as far away from Earth as possible.
Izuku quickly moved, feeling his danger sense alert, and narrowly dodged a sneak attack from Boros from behind. The shockwave from Boros's missed blow extinguished the flames on the ship's hull instantly, while Izuku seized the opportunity to use Boros's chest as a springboard to gain distance.
The Universe Dominator watched Izuku back away with a confident smile, while Izuku stared at him analytically, “You were a worthy opponent, but the outcome of this battle is clear,” the young hero listened attentively to Boros. He had learned that when villains started talking, it was best to let them continue to buy time and information. “My species won the fight for survival in the midst of the hostile environment of our world; we have the ultimate regenerative abilities.” Izuku frowned upon hearing that he had regenerative abilities and wondered why he hadn't used them yet. “I, in particular, have the self-healing power of a god, physical prowess, and latent energy beyond your comprehension. A wound that would be fatal to you heals instantly with me… I concentrate my energy on my destroyed arm and can accelerate my healing process.” Izuku bit his lip as he watched Boros's arm tremble and regenerate as if it hadn't been ripped off by him moments before.
"You, on the other hand, will only get more and more injured, and your resistance will gradually decrease...".

The battle between Boros and Izuku round 3:
Boros had less than a nanosecond to register Izuku's disappearance before the pain of having his body torn apart interrupted his thoughts. His eyes widened in surprise as various parts of his body turned to blood, his bones shattered and pulverized with shockwaves as the alien desperately used his energy to rebuild his body. 'HE BECAME INVISIBLE?!!! NO, HE'S TOO FAST FOR ME TO SEE!!!', the Dominator of the universe realized, forcing his energy into the eye on his chest and firing another desperate beam of energy, but the attack was interrupted by his torso exploding in blood. 'WHAT UNBELIEVABLE STRENGTH!'.
The alien lord quickly pushed his regeneration to the limit, regenerating his body completely, then reinforced his body with his latent energy and began to transform.
Izuku was thrown several meters away when Boros' aura exploded and became a powerful shockwave, while black lightning escaped from the alien's body. Izuku's heart pounded as he felt the Danger Sense scream with such fervor, a deafening sound he had never heard before, even with the combination of Fa Jin and Gearshift with One For All. The teenager saw Boros in a charging stance, noticing the change in the alien's body color and the growth of his hair.
“METEORIC BURST!!!” Boros yelled and in the blink of an eye appeared in front of Izuku, his fist just inches from his face. The young hero instinctively dodged the attack, moving to Boros's left, but he passed so close to the Universe Dominator's aura that several parts of his costume burned, opening multiple holes, including in his mask, revealing his right eye through a small hole. With a powerful leap, Izuku moved away from Boros and stared at the immense destruction caused by the energy of his fist, which destroyed the ship's metal at an atomic level and eliminated half of the crew.
The top of the spaceship had practically disappeared; the part not directly hit by the attack's energy was reduced to a large mass of molten metal that glowed intensely due to the immense heat of the attack.
Sensing the warning of Danger Sense, Izuku moved, narrowly dodging a series of brutal attacks from Boros, who, due to his immense speed, appeared just meters away from Izuku. The young hero quickly maneuvered around Boros and punched him in the chest with all his might, to the point of his bones trembling, "DETROIT SMASH QUINTUPLE!!!" The fist connected with the alien's chest, launching him far away. But the attack was costly, as Izuku's gauntlet melted upon contact with the Universe Dominator's aura, and his glove burned, forcing Izuku to tear off that piece of his costume and leave his hand bare.
Izuku quickly covered himself with Blackwhip, preparing to continue the fight, but as he tried to locate Boros, he felt the alert from his Danger Sense and looked up to see the Universe Dominator hovering above him, with one of the surviving spikes from the spaceship in his hands. Boros launched that piece of his ship with immense force, at an insane speed, but Izuku promptly dodged the spike, which struck the ship's hull and embedded it in its guts.
Izuku's face turned pale as he felt the Danger Sense beep and quickly activated Blackwhip, which grabbed the spike launched at the ship and tried to pull it back. However, the immense object was launched with such force that it carried Izuku along. As he approached the ship, he used his feet to stomp on the ship's floor to try and force the spike to stop, but the ship's metal gave way beneath his feet, and he was pulled along. He could feel the ship tilt from the force, losing its stability.
The young hero pushed the Blackwhip even harder, spreading it to other parts of the ship to gain more footholds, but the metal tore under the force, and before Izuku could react, he was pulled by the spike to the underside of the ship, giving him a new view of what remained of Tokyo. Numerous surviving heroes could be seen working to rescue those who were left, while the spike pulled Izuku at full speed towards the ground. His Danger Sense beeped; the shockwave would cause massive destruction if he didn't stop it.
So, as soon as the spike hit the ground and began to sink into the Earth, a massive shockwave began to emerge. Izuku acted quickly, using Blackwhip to its full potential. He created a dome with Blackwhip in a way that resembled a spiderweb, isolating the shockwave inside. This didn't prevent the ground from opening up from the impact and the entire planet from shaking in a violent earthquake, but it did prevent the shockwave from killing the survivors.
Despite this, the spaceship's spike continued its path through the Earth's crust, piercing the planet at incredible speed. While Izuku did his best to slow the spike, a tunnel was being created, and as it grew darker due to the depth, the heat intensified.
“WHERE DO YOU THINK YOU'RE GOING!!!?” Boros's recognizable scream came along with the Danger Sense alarm, and with a glance Izuku saw the Universe Dominator pursuing him through the tunnel created by the spike he threw. The cyclops's eye met Izuku's eye, which appeared through the tear in his mask, and both prepared to continue the fight.
As Boros charged towards them, Izuku released one of the arms that used the Blackwhip to grab the spike and aimed at Boros, invoking his quirk and launching dozens of energy whips at the alien. Boros dodged each attack and quickly approached Izuku, preparing to strike the young hero, but before he could actually hit Izuku, the various whips that the teenager had generated had clung to several pieces of the Earth's crust and with a powerful movement pulled millions of tons of rock, striking Boros and burying him.
With a swift movement, he controlled the whips to enter the alien's temporary prison and restrain it, but the cluster of rocks began to glow, and with an explosion, everything melted and the blackwhip was repelled.
At this moment, the environment began to glow as the heat intensified, and Izuku realized they had reached the planet's mantle. It was so hot it would kill an ordinary person instantly, but… it wasn't that simple.
The alien lord charged at Izuku again, who used Blackwhip to cover himself and dodged Boros's first punch, while counterattacking with a devastating kick that, despite this, only caused superficial wounds to the alien. A game of cat and mouse began, with the alien trying to land numerous attacks on Izuku, who narrowly dodged each attempt and counterattacked with powerful blows, but which caused very little damage. Blackwhip helped him resist the heat of Boros's aura, but it still wasn't enough. The dark traces remained within the young hero's mind as the fight continued.
It didn't take long for them to cross the planet's core and for gravity to reverse, not that it affected them much, as they were going too fast for it to matter.
Even Boros was too focused on trying to hit Izuku to say anything, while the hero was dragged by the spike. At a certain point, the pair plunged back into the Earth's crust and suddenly emerged on the other side of the world, on a stormy night with heavy clouds. Izuku was pulled several kilometers into the air before releasing the spike and using Blackwhip to stop millions of tons of rock from raining down on Brazil and to prevent the heat of the impact from spreading flames in the forest where he hovered.
The spike continued its path, striking the moon shortly after and piercing the celestial body before disappearing into deep space. Meanwhile, Boros emerged from the tunnel and charged at Izuku, who quickly blocked the punch with his arms, wrapping Boros's fist in a blackwhip. With another death roll, Izuku ripped off the alien's arm and kicked him back into the tunnel before running after the alien to continue the fight in the planet's bowels.
Back in Japan, people were still recovering from the initial earthquake caused by the spike's impact when the pierced area deformed, and two individuals flew back to the ship at immense speed, still in the midst of their intense combat, returning to the top of the alien vessel.
Both landed dozens of meters away. Izuku had several broken bones, part of his costume burned, while Boros displayed numerous holes in his body, had two of his arms severed, and was breathing with difficulty.
“THAT’S IT, DEKU! YOU WERE WORTH THE EFFORT!” Boros shouted in satisfaction, looking at Izuku with an insane grin, but before he could react, Izuku was already on top of him and with a brutal flurry of punches turned Boros’s entire body into blood, an attack carried out at the cost of having the bones in his arm broken and the skin of his hands burned to the point of turning black.
But to Izuku’s horror, Danger Sense only intensified with even more fervor, as the pool of blood that Boros was gathered to rebuild his body, “I WILL DEFEAT YOU!!!” the alien lord shouted as he flew and charged his final attack, countless lightning bolts erupted from his body, while Izuku realized that Boros was going to destroy the planet, “ALL MY ENERGY WILL BE RELEASED, SENDING YOU AND THIS PLANET TO HELL!!!”
Izuku bit his lip, swiftly closing in on Boros to block his final attack. The first punch that struck the Alien Lord shattered his bones, but it wasn't enough. The Smokescreen quirk vanished as Boros roared in pain, but it didn't stop his attack. Izuku's second punch struck Boros's chest, the broken bones now reduced to dust. The Float quirk also disappeared, causing Boros to writhe in agony.
“AAAHHHH!!! WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO ME?!!!” Boros roared in pain, resisting the attack, his soul suffering. But Izuku didn't stop, only continued attacking. With the third blow, Danger Sense also disappeared. Boros roared, ignoring the pain his soul felt to continue charging his attack.
With the fourth and fifth blows, Fa Jin and Gearshift disappeared, but it was too late. The Universe Dominator began firing the energy beam, “COLLAPSING STAR ROARING CANNON!!!” Izuku's face turned pale, but he didn't stop. With his super speed, he went behind Boros, trapped him with Blackwhip, and then forced the Universe Dominator's body into the sky, supporting Boros on his back as he fired the energy beam out of the planet, but…
It wasn't over yet; the beam pushed Boros downwards, causing Izuku, who was supporting Boros on his back, to strike the spaceship's hull with full force. Worse still, the force of the energy beam began pushing the spaceship towards the ground as well, overloading the ship's core and launching it at relativistic speeds against the ground. Izuku instinctively sensed this and forced Blackwhip to its maximum. Thousands of whips of dark energy emerged from Izuku, half wrapping around the ship, which was tens of kilometers long, and the other half resting on the Earth, holding the ship and slowing its speed as the Collapsing Star Roaring Cannon fired into the sky.
And so the ship landed gently on the planet's surface like a feather, thanks to Izuku, who held the ship, heavier than any mountain on Earth, while Boros's attack ceased.
Izuku deactivated Blackwhip while breathing heavily, as Boros's body fell to the ground several meters away from the young hero. He looked at the state of his arms; his bones were broken, his skin and muscles burned to the point where parts of his bones were showing. His body was so exhausted that it was painful even to move, the edges of his vision were darkened.
"Fantastic…" Izuku's heart pounded upon hearing that voice again. The teenager turned and faced the extremely wounded Boros, who slowly and painfully struggled to his feet. "But I didn't think I'd already been defeated…".
The alien's body had darkened from the energy drain; unhealed wounds were all over his body; his regeneration had come to an end.
Izuku bit his lip and clenched his fist, rising and limping slowly towards Boros, who, like Izuku, limped towards the young hero. The two combatants reached each other's reach, pausing for a moment before beginning their fight.
The alien delivered a punch to Izuku's face, tearing the hero's mask, revealing his face and creating a shockwave that made the ship tremble. "Finally I see your face…", Izuku responded by clenching his teeth in anger and delivering a punch to the alien's stomach, generating another shockwave while making Boros spit blood.
The lord responded by striking Izuku's ribs, generating another shockwave, and the young hero countered with an elbow strike to the alien's face, generating yet another shockwave.
"Izuku Midoriya… That's your real name, isn't it?" Boros asked before headbutting the boy in the nose, breaking it in the process and making it bleed, while Izuku's eyes widened as he understood Boros's words, before counterattacking with a punch to the alien's ribs, "You... How do you know my name?", Izuku asked while breathing heavily.
Boros punched the boy's cheek, causing the entire cheek to become a bruise, "When I made my final attack... You forced your... Quirks(?) on me... I had to fight them inside my soul, they made a big mess..." the alien replied, before Izuku struck the eye in the center of the alien's chest and made it bleed, the blow made Boros smile.
“Because of that, I didn’t realize you made me shoot at the sky…” Boros said before opening his mouth, revealing his shark teeth and biting Izuku’s shoulder, tearing the flesh from the hero’s shoulder and lifting him off the ground, before opening his mouth and releasing the teenager to continue speaking, who groaned in pain, “Normally, even in such a state, I would still be able to move and have a few years of life left, but the mess they made with my soul… I have at most 1 hour before my soul shatters,” Izuku replied with an uppercut to Boros’s chin, “You’re not answering my question…” the hero said between heavy breaths.
The alien struck Izuku in the stomach, causing him to spit blood. “The battle I had in my soul… They talked a lot… Mostly insults… Experienced warriors, they knew what they were doing…” Boros said, chuckling, a thought interrupted by Izuku biting his forearm, tearing off a piece of the alien and swallowing it, while Boros muttered a curse.
Their eyes met, and then both raised their fists and attacked simultaneously. Their fists collided mid-air, generating a massive shockwave, and then they continued to attack each other, each fist collision creating a shockwave that made the ship creak like a brutal musical instrument.
The exchange of blows was interrupted only when, at a certain point, each fighter's fist met the other's cheek, and then both fell to the ground…
Izuku, with a groan, turned and slowly stood up, preparing to continue the battle, but he stopped when he saw that Boros was still on the ground, breathing with difficulty. “You’re a hero, aren’t you?” Boros asked, still on the ground, his gaze fixed on the clear sky. “They implied it and… You worked hard to protect the weak who survived the initial attack…” the alien lord commented, paying no attention to Izuku. “In my home world, my people didn’t have an equivalent word for that… But over the years I’ve heard that word a few times from my subordinates…” the alien lord continued, while Izuku stared at him in silence.
“I never paid much attention to that word… Even though over the years I’ve fought against some self-proclaimed heroes… I never really valued this term, but this battle made me reflect… I think I’m starting to understand its meaning…” Boros looked away from the sky and stared at the young man, “Izuku Midoriya, you’re not just a warrior… You’re a hero… Even if I don’t fully understand the meaning of this word, I’m sure you’re a true hero…” Boros said weakly, as his words faded and his gaze glazed over, he died.
Boros was defeated.
Izuku fell to his knees and cried as his vision darkened, “Izuku/Deku!” The last thing the young hero heard before fainting was a cacophony of voices calling for him.

Epilogue to the battle between Boros and Izuku:
The consequences of the battle were global. An earthquake made the entire planet feel the clash that had taken place; within a month, thousands of buildings across the globe collapsed due to the weakening of their structures, and many others were left fragile. Several tsunamis caused by the earthquakes washed over continental coastlines. A tunnel that ran from Japan to Brazil appeared out of nowhere. Astronomers were left dumbfounded by the appearance of a hole in the Moon the same size as the tunnel that connected two countries on opposite sides of the world. More than 10% of Japan’s population was dead or missing, and authorities around the world were in panic due to the wreckage of the ship that now rested amid the ruins of Tokyo.
It was a devastating blow to all the nations of the world, especially Japan, which had lost its largest city in the attack. “Alien attack” became the biggest topic on the internet. During the day of the invasion, while the ship was still in the sky, witnesses noticed a battle of overwhelming scale taking place. Special devices even recorded temperatures higher than the core of the Sun and an apocalyptic amount of energy being discharged off the planet. The magnetic field was shaken so badly that for a week auroras borealis could be seen all over the globe. That day was considered the day the world almost ended…
Letting out a sigh, Izuku sat down on the edge of UA’s ground floor and looked up at the starry sky. One year had passed since the alien invasion. At the time, Izuku had fallen into a coma for a week due to the accumulation of injuries he had suffered in the battle. His mother, Inko, was by his side when he woke up, and both of them cried rivers of emotion, even though she herself wasn’t exactly fine, since her left arm had been broken when she was buried under debris during the ship’s bombardment of Tokyo. He was lucky she had survived… Not all of his classmates had been as fortunate…
The young hero raised his arms and stared at them. The skin on both of his arms had the same color as Todoroki’s scar. He had lost his sense of touch in that area due to his nerves being burned, and metal braces reinforced the bones within them. His motor coordination in that region was also impaired, but if he was careful, he could still use his hands with almost as much precision as a healthy person. Much of the world had already recovered enough to give a sense of normality. Now, the new focus of governments around the world was to invest in special technologies so that the Tokyo incident would never happen again. With the technology recovered from the spaceship, there were already precedents for space colonization and FTL engines.
Izuku then looked at the massive construction site surrounding UA. Several buildings were being built while others were being reinforced. Shortly after the attack, since UA was one of the few structures that had withstood the bombardment of the black ship, the school had become an improvised hospital. Cementoss was mainly responsible for creating makeshift shelters for the thousands of survivors. The young man remembered that during the first month, it had been a search for survivors, but after that, it had turned into a body recovery operation. All of his classmates took part in the searches while he remained uselessly confined to a hospital bed.
He then looked at the empty space where the ship had crashed, its final fragments having been removed just a few months earlier. The emptiness stood out amid the piles of rubble that still remained from the cleanup. Izuku remembered that there had been alien survivors from the ship’s fall who were captured and interrogated… The survivors were small fish at the bottom of the hierarchy, handed over to Boros along with various resources from their home planets so that he wouldn’t devastate the civilizations of their worlds of origin. Some of them were on probation, helping the government better understand the ship’s technology, although there was great discontent among the population because of this.
Midoriya looked at the sealed-off tunnel now known as the “Portal to Hell”, the tunnel that crossed the planet to the Earth’s core and reached Brazil, a massive geographical change in both countries. Nearly all the governments of the world had struggled to obtain at least a bit of the ship’s technology and study the alien lifeforms that were recovered. There were even rumors that the Brazilian government possessed an alien arm, and Izuku knew where that idea had come from. He remembered when he had panicked in his hospital bed and started asking everyone in the room whether Boros was really dead and… well, his body still showed vital signs. His cells stubbornly insisted on staying alive, even in the complete absence of brain waves. The alien lord’s body was kept under lock and key in a secret location known to only a few individuals, such as All Might, Nezu, and Izuku himself. After all, no one needed some All For One aspiring villain trying to create a nomu from the corpse of an alien capable of destroying the world…
With another sigh, Izuku shifted his gaze directly to the Moon… There was a gigantic crater on the celestial body, whose cracks covered half of the natural satellite, and right at the center was a tiny tunnel visible to the naked eye from that distance, yet still noticeable, making the Moon disturbingly resemble an eye. It reminded him of the battle the entire world felt, when the exchange of blows in the planet’s depths made the whole Earth tremble. Enormous trust had been placed in him. And with eyewitnesses in Brazil who saw when the tunnel on the other side opened and witnessed two figures and many black energy whips preventing millions of tons of crustal rock from raining down on the country, and considering that there were also recordings and eyewitnesses of the black energy whips that prevented the ship from colliding with the planet at high speed, many important people already knew that Izuku was responsible for stopping the disaster. And now, even though he only had two of the seven original One For All quirks, he was still considered the world’s greatest weapon against potential future alien invasions.

“Deku… are you looking at the stars again?” Ochako’s voice made Izuku turn toward the girl as she calmly walked up to him, then sat down beside him, also gazing at the stars. “I hope you’re not thinking about carrying the world on your shoulders alone again…” she said as she rested her head on Izuku’s shoulder and watched the sky.
The gesture made Izuku’s heart flutter before sinking into a strange calm. “Just pondering a few things…” the boy replied, staring at the night sky with a distant look. “Do you think-”, “Maybe,” the girl answered his question before he could finish. “Maybe there are more invaders who want to destroy the world. Maybe they’ll arrive tomorrow, or even today… who knows…” she said calmly, gazing at the night sky with a certain sadness in her eyes. “Until last year, we weren’t sure whether we were alone in the universe or not, but suddenly the answer became very clear… But what I do know, something you confirmed, is that it took him twenty years to reach Earth, which apparently is the most isolated place in the universe. The strongest guy in the universe, who was hunting, fighting other strong aliens across the universe, and devastating a bunch of random planets… I think it’ll take at least another ten years before we hear anything new about aliens, and who knows, maybe the next ones will be nice?”.
Ochako then turned her face and looked directly at Izuku, a gentle smile on her face that made the boy’s chest warm. “But if the time comes, we’ll be ready, and we’ll have each other… so I don’t think staying out here alone, brooding over these thoughts, is good for you,” she said as she stood up and held out her hand to Izuku with a smile. “Come inside with the rest of our friends. Everyone really misses you…” Izuku smiled softly as he took Ochako’s hand and stood up. The pair then walked inside, with Ochako holding Izuku’s hand as she guided him into the building… Meanwhile, high in the sky, the Moon, bizarrely resembling an eye, seemed to watch the scene in silence…

Star and Stripes is too high. Considering she is physically weaker than WAM, would get crushed because of the speed gap. Yes she somehow reacts to Shiggy by I would it's PIS. The story says she isnt all might level but reacts to and punches someone all might level.Here's a tier list of pretty much every relevant character from the main series.

I disagree. Her not having the physicals on par with PAM doesn't mean she's a blitz tier below WAM level characters. The reason I put her that high is because I accounted for her being backed by a whole squadron of X-66s with Tiamat missiles. Pretty much how she was in the Shigaraki fight. And I don't think any of the humans, including PAM and Deku could survive a direct hit Keraunos or the Intercontinental Cruise Punch. Not because they don't have the durability, but mainly because they don't have the heat resistance for it. And no one besides the top 4 and Bakugo (maybe Endeavor too) would have the speed to blitz her, so the rest would either get suffocated in a vacuum or cursed by New Order if they try to get in a physical fight, even if Star is without her squadron. Star is where she should be.

Both Star and Tomura are described to be not on All Might's level (which All Might version has never been specified). A criticism for one can apply to another. If Star keeping up with Tomura is PIS due to her All Might statement then the same thing applies to Tomura as well.
Bottom line is they both have similar statements and they both scale to the High End Nomu specs so they are both on the same level of justification for their tiers.
A better case of what could be PIS is Relativistic Toga and everyone else who scales to that level. Or Deku's travel time from Okuto Island to the Sky Coffin.

Dabi's power level is also entirely plot-induced. There's barely anything to track his supposed progress. He's just as strong and as fast or as slow and weak as the plot needs him to be.
