It's been a million years, but I've finally brought this excruciating project to conclusion, after leaving it to rot in the dust for months.
What to say about Kl'rt as a character? He went from being a generic villain of the week to a somewhat profound character, various writers attempted to make him different from the rest of the Skrull villains and did a decent job. However, we aren't here to talk about this today.

So, as usual, here's the current profile and my proposed revision. As always (again), references will be on the profile, not here, as the copy-pasting doesn't work properly. Also, if an image doesn't load, just refresh the page, it's uploaded on the wiki and internet shenanigans make linking across websites a tad bit funky.

General changes and cosmetics:
  • New profile picture, from the actual comics
  • Restoration of the hyphen in the name
  • New summary, new quote, expansions of name, age and classification, addition of references, notes etc.
IMPORTANT: Starting from my previous Howard the Duck revision, I've begun to scatter extra notes throughout the profile, to add further context to certain lines without loading the main text too much. I will put them between parentheses in this thread.

Statistics

Attack Potency and Striking Strength
:
I know it's a bad time for tiering discussions, as the 5-B tier is about to be shadowrealm'd, but I didn't want to keep this CRT in the closet any more, and it'll be just a matter of a swift change once the new tier is established.

*Varies: Super-Skrull originally didn't have neither natural powers nor a set power level, as he depended on a satellite and it was a pretty important factor for the character, until the writers drunk themselves to oblivion and forgot about it completely. Nonetheless, there's never been any canon change of status, so for all intents and purposes the satellite it still sitting there, it's just ignored completely by both characters and plot (yayyy). The main explanation with links and references it's in the empowerment section which, on the file, comes before Attack Potency:

Varies (Super-Skrull's power level is dependant on the influence of a special beam emitted by a Skrull satellite designed to constantly feed him power and boost his strength even further in case of need. Being close to Skrull technology empowers him even more, while tampering with the satellite's signal reduces his power to different degrees)

*At least Large Building level: This tier is technically a placeholder until we find a new tier for OG Captain Marvel, as Super-Skrull without the satellite's boost is superior to both her and Spider-Man (the latter of whom is used as a benchmark) and by a good degree.

Said beam has mutated the Super-Skrull's body over the years, making him naturally stronger than the likes of Spider-Man and an early Captain Marvel even without the boons of the satellite (Note:Spider-Man attempted to aid Captain Marvel in her battle with Super-Skrull but her superior strength made her more suitable to fight the alien and even then it was still not enough; Carol then purposedly left Peter in the sidelines, having him assisting her in triggering a trap which ultimately allowed them to banish Super-Skrull)

*Planet level on average: The level he sits on normally, when the satellite is active and doesn't boost him above the normal. He's consistently referred and portrayed as superior to the Thing, and clashes regularly with powerhouses such as Namor and the Hulks (Bruce's various versions and his pals, She and Amadeus). He does fight a few times with cosmic folks such as Surfer Silver and Thor, but he never really overpowers them (I elaborate more on this argument in the next sections)

Kl'rt was stated numerous times, either by himself or others, to be much stronger than the Thing (note: and has matched his strength on several occasions. The Super-Skrull has grown more powerful multiple times since his debut. Stated and shown to be superior to the likes of an early Captain Marvel and Tigra. Has fought and matched the Gray Hulk, Namor, Genis-Vell and She-Hulk. Knocked out Amadeus Cho with a single punch and stalemated Hulk, Black Bolt and Black Panther at the same time, though he was eventually overwhelmed).

*Higher with the Human-Torch's powers: This is the only bit to be legitimately Planet Level and will turn into 5-B once the verse-wide downgrade comes through:

Johnny Storm's flame powers are consistently presented as Super-Skrull's greatest power. His anti-matter fireballs could destroy the peak of a small mountain and he can increase the power of his flames to reach the heat of a nova which, according to Thor, threatened to destroy planet Earth (note: Super-Skrull himself has stated to have "detonated stars and collapsed worlds" but the means and timeframe through which he has performed such feats are unknown and may be related to his flame powers being consistently stated to equal the power of a nova)

Speed: The F4 have been downgraded but Super-Skrull's got a speed calc of his own and I've heard that the people who'd theoretically scale to him may receive other tiers, so for now I think it's fair to give Skrully the merit of his own feats.

Massively Hypersonic (Stretched himself over great distances in mere seconds. Superior to Mister Fantastic and the rest of the Fantastic Four. Can punch fast enough to create afterimages ), Higher Flight Speed (Can fly better and faster than the Human Torch. Namorita could not have matched his speed. Has recurrently reached the velocity required to escape from planets and reach outer space)

Lifting Strength: Not much to say, he upscales from the Thing normally and from OG Carol Danvers when depowered; plus, he has some feats of his own.

Varies, at least Class M (Stronger than Captain Marvel even without the power boost of the Skrull satellite), Class G on average (Has been stated numerous times to be stronger than the Thing. At his debut the Super-Skrull was already capable of lifting the Skrull's Cosmic Generator, which weighed over one hundred tons, and could tear off a large chunk of rock with his bare hands; since then, Kl'rt has repeteadly grown stronger. During his battle with Thor, he uprooted an entire rooftop and hurled it at the Thunder God. Tripped over Galactus by pulling his legs. His grip was deemed "steel-crushing" by Tigra and she nearly passed out upon being grabbed by him. Pried open the hull of a pressurized spaceship from the outside with his bare hands. Could crush Arthrosians into a pulp with a single hand. Lifted and slammed away at least 13 Preak clones, each having an estimated weight of 462.66kg.

Durability: Pretty much the same waltz as AP, he's got a powered version, depowered version and his different abilities cause his dura to fluctuate, though he seems to still have a standard level. Plus, he's got higher dura via his forcefields.

Varies (Reliant on the energy provided by the Skrull satellite and varies depending on which power he is mimicking), at least Large Building level (Superior to Spider-Man and an early Captain Marvel Carol Danvers), Planet level on average (Can withstand the recoil of his own Thing-level attacks even when not turned into rock and could best the Thing himself in a physical clash. Endured multiple punches from Captain Marvel and even his uni-beams without breaking a sweat. Tigra's claws could not penetrate his hide. Took numerous blows from the likes of Hulk, Gray Hulk, Namor and Black Bolt), Higher, likely Large Star level to Solar-System level with forcefields (His shields and barriers have blocked attacks from Thor, Silver Surfer, Genis-Vell, the Human Torch and various alien artillery. Most notably, they allowed Kl'rt and his team to survive Praxagora's self-destruction which can unleash the destructive power of a supernova)

Powers&Abilities
I've kept most powers, expanding on them and adding new ones. The biggest changes on the current ones affect Antimatter (not a possibly anymore, it's pretty straightforward), ESP (turned it Enhanced Senses, since it's eyesight-based) Mind Control (not limited anymore, straightforward once again) and Self-Sustance (replaced by Space Survival).

So, Marvel at:
  • Longevity (Skrulls have an approximate lifespan of 210 years
  • Superhuman Physical Characteristics and Empowerment (Kl'rt has been artificially enhanced by the greatest scientists and resources the Skrull Empire could muster in order to create their own super soldier. He was bestowed with the combined powers of the Fantastic Four and the potency of his abilities greatly surpasses the originals' (note: Such notion is constantly reiterated either by Super-Skrull himself or his allies, and backed up by numerous feats also presented in this profile). Super-Skrull's power level and capabilities are regulated by a satellite which constantly broadcasts a special beam towards him across intergalactic distances and automatically increases the power output whenever needed; proximity to Skrull power sources also increases his strength dramatically. The link between Super-Skrull and the satellite is fundamental and severing this connection results in a considerable power reduction. Nonetheless, exposure to the beam over the years has mutated Kl'rt's very nature, transforming most of his artificial superpowers into real ones which don't require the satellite's influence. Moreover, Kl'rt has recurrently grown stronger since his debut (note: The satellite remained operative even after Kl'rt expulsion from the ranks of the Skrull Empire and was forgotten for a time (Marvel Team-Up Vol 1 61). The satellite has even survived the destruction of the Skrull throneworld (Alpha Flight Vol 1 10) and a fringe Skrull faction attempted to replicate it without success (Fantastic Four Vol 3 37). This satellite has progressively ceased to be taken into consideration by the authors, resulting in Super-Skrull maintaining his abilities even when venturing into other dimensions ("Annihilation: Super-Skrull") or galaxies out of synch with the rest of the universe ("Annihilation: Conquest - Wraith")
  • Martial Arts (Super-Skrull has fought in hand-to-hand combat the likes of the Thing, Thor, Captain Marvel, Hulk and Namor. Could convincingly replicate Iron Fist's martial prowess while disguised as him, impressing even Namor. Skrull soldiers, such as Captain R'gars, are specifically trained in Skrullian martial arts centered around their species' ability to alter their shape)
  • Weapon Mastery (All Skrull soldiers are adept in the use of their military firearms such as energy guns. Although the Super-Skrull's powers make the use of weapons moot to him, he has occasionally showed a certain prowess with imperial guns
  • Stealth Mastery (Kl'rt is an accomplished spy and impersonator who can skillfully combine his various abilities to carry out his missions [more details provided by subsequent abilities]. Has used his stretching powers to infiltrate a state prison and replace Dr. StormStealth Mastery (Kl'rt is an accomplished spy and impersonator who can skillfully combine his various abilities to carry out his missions [more details provided by subsequent abilities]. Has used his stretching powers to infiltrate a state prison and replace Dr. Storm)
  • Shapeshifting (Deviant Skrulls are widely known for being shapeshifters, as their body are in a constant state of molecular instability, allowing them to thoroughly alter their form, size, length and appearance as a whole. Kl'rt is no different from his brethren and retains the same shapeshifting abilities of his kind [more details in the Social Influencing section]. Morphing into other individuals also does not prevent him from using his other powers
  • Camouflage (Kl'rt and his fellow soldiers have employed their shapeshifting powers to blend themselves with the environment and carry out an ambush. Has disguised himself as a piece of space debris to hide himself and his allies)
  • Additional Limbs (Skrulls can easily utilize their shapeshifting abilities to grow multiple arms and legs, a trait which is apparently common among the communities not affiliated with organized warfare, and thus not in need of visual homogeny. Kl'rt himself has once employed such tactic when facing multiple enemies
  • Non-Standard Breathing (Type 1: Skrulls such as Jazinda and Nogor have transformed into fishes in order to survive underwater
  • Body Control (Even in base form, Super-Skrull utilizes his shapeshifting powers to nest his brain in a less obvious spot than his head
  • Regeneration (Low-Mid over time) and Immortality (Type 3) (The Skrulls' combined reptilian ancestry and shapeshifting powers have resulted in augmented regenerative abilities, allowing them to regrow lost limbs and enter healing comas to recover from lethal injuries (notes: In this specific instance, Super-Skrull was regenerating from having his throat mauled away by Captain Reptyl in "Silver Surfer Vol 3 28". According to Jazinda -Super-Skrull's daughter- normal Skrulls can't immediately recover through shapeshifting, not even from simple cuts and bruises, due to their inability to rebuild missing skin, therefore adding further confirmation regarding the timeframe Skrulls require to heal (Genis-Vell: Captain Marvel Vol 1 3) . Wolverine felt comfortable in stabbing Skrulls in the chest with his claw as, according to him, they would be temporarily incapacitated and eventually heal. Kept fighting after having been stabbed in the gut and having forcefully extracted the weapon. Recovered from a laser shot in his chest over a brief period (note: Following this scene, the Super-Skrull was back into fighting condition after the time it took for the various groups involved to have a brief skirmish and a conversation (Young Avengers Vol 1 #11 and 12) Regenerated a notable portion of his head in moments (note: In the original comic, the second-last and last panels presented here are separated by Rocket Raccoon's monologue)
  • Space Survival (Super-Skrull can endure exposure to outer space undeterred and utilize all his powers (note: Some stories depict Super-Skrull as requiring the protection granted by the Invisible Woman's forcefields ("Thor Vol 1 145", "Captain Marvel Vol 1 3", "Silver Surfer Vol 3 105", "Fantastic Four: Foes Vol 1 3", "Annihilation: Super Skrull Vol 1 1" and "Wolverine: First Class Vol 1 20"), but in many other stories he has been shown to be at comfort in outer space without any apparent aid ("Quasar Vol 1 34", "Thor Vol 1 465", "Secret Defenders Vol 1 14", "Fantastic Four Annual Vol 1 24", "Annihilation: Conquest - Wraith Vol 1 #3 and 4" and "Nova Vol 4 17")
  • Enhanced Senses (Managed to rapidly catch a fish in the dark depths of the ocean. Reached a distant location with precision while extending only his hands. Can recognize Krees by smell alone. The Invisible Woman's powers allow him to see what would normally be invisible)
  • Instinctive Action (Istinctively took on the Thing's appearance upon being accidentally transported to Earth. The Human Torch's powers activate automatically to protect the Super-Skrull's body whenever it reaches a certain temperature)
  • Elasticity (Possesses Mister Fantastic's malleable body and can stretch himself much further than him. With this power the Super-Skrull can inflate his body to giant proportions, reach and strike faraway targets (note: Super-Skrull tipically employs the ability to elongate his arms and torso to punch his opponents from a distance and from odd angles, often combining it with the power of turning his fists into rock) constrict his opponents in multiple and creative ways, nullify throws and dodge incoming attacks by bending himself out of harm's way. Unlike the good-hearted Mister Fantastic, Super-Skrull ruthless nature led him to find more vicious applications of this power, such as trapping his preys in a cage, slicing them apart by thinning his limbs like a garrote wire or blowing them up from the inside by suddenly expanding his mass
  • Damage Reduction (Making his body rubbery allows Super-Skrull to lessen the impact of physical attacks (note: Examples include stretching out his neck to great length in order to reduce the efficacy of an uppercut ("Incredible Hulk Vol 1 375" and "She-Hulk Vol 2 32") or make his head squishy to soften the impact of punches meant to crush it ("Wolverine: First Class Vol 1 20")
  • Body Control and Earth Manipulation (Can freely assume the same rocky exterior which covers the Thing's body, applying it to his limbs alone or even his entire body, increasing his durability and striking force. This power can also be combined with elasticity to form sharp weapons)
  • Vibration Manipulation (Can use the Thing's super stregth to generate violent shockwaves
  • Fire Manipulation (Possesses the Human Torch's ability to produce and project fire in various ways and forms, being also able to fly faster and maintain his flame longer. Super-Skrull can combust his whole body or just portions of it, such as his limbs alone)
  • Temperature Manipulation (His flames can scorch people, reduce them to charred bones or even to ashes in moments. They can also instantly melt metal (note: More examples in "Marvel Chillers Vol 1 7", "Marvel Team-Up 1 62" and "Annihilation: Conquest - Wraith Vol 1 3") and concrete. Super-Skrull can progressively raise his flames' temperature up to a maximum output with reaches the intensity of a nova, mimicking the Human Torch's signature attack (note: His and the Human Torch's strongest flames have been compared to a nova in many other occasions, such as "Captain Marvel Vol 1 3", "Marvel Team-Up Vol 1 61" and "Silver Surfer Vol 3 27"). These flames can sink and travel underground to heat up the surface above them. Super-Skrull can also lower their intensity to make them non-lethal and less harmful for opponents he only intends to stall or provoke. The intensity of Super-Skrull's fiery emissions can be harmful at a distance as well, burning through clothes and reaching inside suits of armor such as Iron Man's as the temperature increases)
  • Explosion Manipulation (Can launch fiery blasts which unleash destructive conflagrations on impact
  • Light Manipulation (Can blind his opponents by turning incandescent or by emitting flashes of light from his hands
  • Flight (Can use the propulsion of his flames to achieve true flight just like the Human Torch's but faster and with even better perfomances. He can even reach and soar through outer space and engage in dogfights. All Skrulls can use their shapeshifting abilities to sprout wings on their back and use them to fly
  • Minor Physics Manipulation and Weapon Creation (Can form weapons made of solid fire
  • Antimatter Manipulation (Possesses the unique ability to launch antimatter blasts capable of obliterating even the peak of a small mountain
  • Minor Matter Manipulation (His flames could fry the air itself and turn it into black carbon
  • Healing and Purification (The Human Torch's flames accelerate Super-Skrull's natural healing process, drain external substances such as carbon and burn off dirt and germs
  • Absorption (Can absorb and then expel infinite amounts of heat, such as superheated plasma fired from Praxagora's miniaturized star; he has even absorbed and released power equivalent to a supernova, though the excessive effort proved fatal to him. Siphoned the Human-Torch's flames, briefly neutralizing his powers
  • Invisibility (Thanks to the Invisible Woman's powers, Super-Skrull can completely or partially turn invisible and do so in conjunction with his other powers (note: More notable examples in "Namor, the Sub-Mariner Vol 1 18" and "Young Avengers Vol 1 9") Kl'rt can make his forcefields invisible as well, thus allowing him to cloak his allies)
  • Power Nullification (Nullified Susan Storm's own invisibility, revealing the spaceship she had cloaked with her powers
  • Forcefield Creation (Possesses the Invisible Woman's ability to emit a transparent force which he can apply in numerous ways. The most basic application of this power is for defensive purposes, raising shields and barriers, obstructing his opponents by holding them in variety of different restraints or trapping them into force bubbles. Moreover, these barriers can also be employed as means of aerial transportation. Over the years Super-Skrull has developed greater mastery over this ability, becoming able to form platforms (note: Further examples of force platforms used to stand on are found in "Young Avengers Vol 1 9" and "Annihilation: Super-Skrull Vol 1 3"), and constructs, but also shaping his forcefields as invisible blasts, projectiles, tendrils and blades. Kl'rt has also designed deadlier applications of his forcefields, such as utilizing them to suffocate his enemies, crush their brain or slice them apart)
  • Attack Reflection (His force fields have occasionally deflected energy blasts or caused them to ricochet inside force bubbles
  • Mind Manipulation (Was granted the original ability to exert a hypnotizing gaze with which he can control his foes' mind (note: More notable examples in "Namor, the Sub-Mariner Vol 1 14", "Young Avengers Vol 1 9", "Annihilation: Super-Skrull Vol 1 4",)
  • Paralysis Inducement and Perception Manipulation (His gaze can cause blindness and stop people in place)
  • Fear Manipulation (Could induce bone-chilling fear into Tigra, sapping away her strength and willpower
  • Memory Manipulation (Erased the recent memories of multiple people
  • Social Influencing (Reputation: Kl'rt is considered a hero and an idol by his people (note: It must also be noted that several high-ranking members of the army and the political class consider or have considered Kl'rt a liability for his controversial past and his tendency to put his own ideals of what is best for the empire before precise orders issued by his superiors. The Annihilation Wars have seen Super-Skrull's popularity shift across the fragmented Skrull Empire after years of notable failures, but he regained the esteem of his people due to his heroic achievements against the Annihilation Wave ("Annihilation: Super-Skrull Vol 1"). Nonetheless, the higher spheres of the empire still lakced trust in him, to the point that Kl'rt came to compare himelf to a ronin ("Nova Vol 4 16") Charisma: Has swayed a team of hostile Skrulls comrades into lowering their weapons and letting him pass through a combination of hierarchical authority and charisma. Deception: Skrulls are infamously renown across the universe as tricksters and impersonators, employing their shapeshifting ability to infiltrate enemy ranks and replace relevant individuals, posing as them and acting as double agents for long periods of time. Kl'rt is as trained and skillful as his comrades and has recurrently taken the place of other characters to further his or the Skrull Empire's ends (note: Namely, he has successfully impersonated Dr. Franklin Storm/Invincible Man (Fantastic Four Vol 1 32), Dr. Lawson/Mar-Vell (Captain Marvel Vol 1 3), Carol Danvers (Avengers Vol 1 #92 and 93), Joshua Plague (Marvel Chillers Vol 1 #3 to 7), Iron Fist (Namor, the Sub-Mariner Vol 1 #8 to 18), Lon Zelig (Fantastic Four Vol 3 #37, 51 and 52, and Fantastic Four: Foes Vol 1 3) and Franklin Richards (Fantastic Four: Foes Vol 1 3), having been eventually exposed only after a notable span of time), Successfully triple-crossed the Skrull empire during the "Secret Invasion" (note. Kl'rt loathed the religious fanaticism that had taken over the Empire following the "Annihilation Wars" and sought to correct the errors of his people. At first he feigned loyalty to infiltrate a strike team and learn more of their plans, then betrayed them to save their target, Nova, from assassination; he then allied himself with him, withheld his own plans and then pretended to betray and assassinate him, thus earning the trust of his people for a second infiltration while also allowing Nova to safely reach Earth and be considered dead by the Skrulls). Leadership: Kl'rt has always had a relevant, yet often undefined, role within the Skrull army. He disguised himself as a mysterious man named Joshua Plague, took over the Rat Pack and led it into various raids across the world for many months. During his brief time as a minion of Thanos, he was entrusted with the lead of the Mad Titan's forces during his absence. Upon being readmitted into the Skrull Empire, Kl'rt acted as the second-in-command of Empress Sybill and remained such until the aftermath of the second Kree-Skrull War. Had a rank superior to General N'ala during the Battle of Harkoon. Has formed a small army of POWs from the Negative Zone and proved himself a capable leader, earning their loyalty and admiration, and guiding them in a suicide attack against the Annihilation Wave. In more recent times he managed to establish himself as one of the several Skrull warlords that governed over the fragments of the late empire, representing the Skrulls within the Galactic Council and eventually succeeding in uniting the empire under his own rule (note: The Skrull Empire had been split in multiple factions for several years and a long-lasting unification had been made impossible by civil wars, assorted conflicts, failed schemes and the recent crisis caused by the Annihilation Wave and the failed Secret Invasion. The threat then posed by the Builders towards the entire universe prompted the various warlords to join forces with each other and seek aid from the Galactic Council; Kl'rt was chosen as their common representative (the only one he did not represent, Dm'yr, had sacrificed himself in battle) and his prominent role in the subsequent war led to his ultimate crowning as Emperor of the reunified Skrull empire ("Infinity" saga). Kl'rt will later abdicate the throne to Hulkling, whom he saw as the rightful heir and whose rule would have favored peace and unification with the Kree ("Empyre" saga). Coercion: Has eagerly employed torture to extrapolate information from his victims, one of whom even preffered to talk and then be executed rather than keep suffering. Diplomacy: Was appointed first diplomat of the Skrull/Kree Alliance by Emperor Hulkling and has carried out his job with competence, representing the Alliance in the Meeting of Galactic Powers)
  • Resistance to
  • Fire and Temperature Manipulation (The Human Torch's abilities make him immune to virtually any type of flame and he could rival Johnny Storm's own fire, even after its potency had increased since the beginning. Was transported by the Eternals through the different layers of the atmosphere and he endured the their high and low temperatures without apparent trouble. Casually stood in the middle of a blaze he had caused and endured the forty-below-zero-temperature of a snowy mountain without the aid of his flame powers. Survived the heat of atmospheric entry thanks to his superpowers. Flew close to the sun unharmed. Explored the mantle of planet Sakaar and submerged his rocky-hand in its magma without troubles)
  • Electricity Manipulation (Withstood being held in place by countless volts of electricity and broke free from their constraint. Endured and overcame an electric trap set up by Spider-Man to knock him out. Unbothered by a slow descent across the ionosphere)
  • Radiation Manipulation (Limited; Unaffected by a traversal of the various layers of the stratosphere, which are rich in radiations (note: Super-Skrull is not completely unaffected by radiations, as the extended time he spent as a mass of disembodied atoms and energy trapped within the Van Allen Belt caused him to contract a lethal form of super-leukemia upon being restored to physical form. He eventually healed spontaneously thanks to the anti-matter present within the radiation belt and its time running backwards, which allowed Super-Skrull to be returned to a state previous to when he had first been poisoned (Alpha Flight Vol 1 10 and Silver Surfer Annual Vol 1 1)
  • Biological Manipulation (Broke through a barrier designed to vaporize all organic matter thanks to a combination of his powers and sheer endurance
  • Morality Manipulation (Was somehow unaffected by the Goddess's psychic waves, which had turned most of the universe's population into unnaturally peaceful individuals and religious fanatics loyal to her
  • Madness Manipulation (His massive ego allowed him to quickly recover from the maddening effects of Captain Marvel sharing his cosmic awareness with him
  • Reality Warping (The Intelligentsia outfitted the Super-Skrull with a random field generator which shielded him from Kelly Kooliq's reality warping powers (note: Kelly Kooliq was a living Nexus of All Realities and could will into our universe elements from parallel realities; in terms of offensive, she could transform people into alternate versions of themselves, even if they were inanimate objects, such as the time she turned a bully into a tree (Captain Marvel Vol 4 #4 to 10))

Everything else

Stamina:
Still superhuman but for better reasons:

Superhuman (Possessed the Thing's matchless stamina. Pushed through the excruciating pain of having to yank out of his belly a pipe he had been stabbed with. No other enhanced Skrull proved capable of absorbing and enduring as much satellite power as him. Has flown for several days across outer space propelled only by his flame powers)

Range: I've updated his physical reach accounting for elasticity and gave somewhat clearer reasons for his fire powers. I kept the forcefields out because they aren't really noteworthy, and he mostly projects them to a range of a few meters and doesn't have any notable feat on this field, surely nothing in the hundreds of meters as the current profile claims.

Hundreds of Kilometers physically, at least Tens to possibly Hundreds of Meters via Fire Projection (His attacks can cross considerable distances (note Some examples are provided in the "Powers&Abilities section)

Standard Equipment

Changed to none notable because the Skrull military uniform is, indeed, and without a sliver of a doubt, remarkably unnotable. My brother does (very) occasionally use weapons and alien gizmos, but not enough to justify even an optional equipment section, considering he mostly throws hands (and fire, especially fire).

Standard Tactic

One of my favorite sections. I tried to be as thorough as possible and reworked the description to not overlay too much with the weaknesses section, which already explains better what the current standard tactic section does. I removed the bit about psychological warfare because it never seemed to relevant to me, or rather, instead of actively hiding his weakness, he just tries not to showcase it openly, as it's honestly difficult to deduce and only Gray Hulk ever did it.

The Super-Skrull is a proud and seasoned warrior of the Skrull Empire. Kl'rt constantly brags about his status and craves to confront worthy opponents that can meet him in glorious battle. He rapidly alternates or combines the various powers he has been bestowed with, finding himself comfortable both at close and at ranged combat thanks to the options at hand, without favoring one or the other ability, within the limits of his capabilities. Although not stranger to sneak attacks and sucker punches, the Super-Skrull generally reserves underhand tactics for infiltrations and other missions for which caution is paramount. He utilizes his hypnotizing gaze as a trump card to turn the tides of the battle once all other options have proved futile. He rarely holds back in battle and killing his opponents, especially in war, is common practice to him. He looks down on other individuals or alien species, such as humans, and holds absolutely no qualms when it comes to murdering in cold blood those he deems expendable or beneath him; nonetheless, Kl'rt is bound by a code of honor which prompts him to recognize, respect and even repay warriors he deems worthy or acknowledges as brothers-in-arms, and to not strike opponents who offer no opposition, unless forced by higher authorities, for his loyalty to the Empire is often absolute.

Intelligence
Complete overhaul, not much to say. I'm honestly conflicted between Above Average and Gifted, but it's not a big deal. He's got an unexpected amount of knowledge, skill and resourcefullness when it comes to technology, so I added a "higher, possibly up to Extraordinary Genius in technological prowess" because he's honestly admirable.

Kl'rt was selected to become the Super-Skrull thanks to his impressive abilities as a soldier and was specially trained to master the Fantastic Four's abilities in order to defeat them, a achievement he has accomplished several times, being eventually defeated through means different than combat. The Super-Skrull is veteran of war who has fought in countless battles throughout the entirety of his life, most notably during the two Kree-Skrull Wars. He claims to have collapsed worlds, torn down entire civilizations and conquered beings of cosmic scope; his exploits and battles have become stories passed down from fathers to sons, such as the Battle of Harkoon, where his troops came out victorious in spite of the great losses. Kl'rt has also had a prominent role in other cosmic-scale conflicts, opposing the Annihilation Wave, the Phalanx, the Builders and more. Although most of his schemes did not succeed, Super-Skrull has recurrently been a high-profile enemy of numerous heroes. Aside from being a capable and seasoned warrior, Kl'rt has proven himself an excellent leader, spy, diplomat and schemer; these skills have earned him relevant positions within the different incarnations of th Skrull Empire and other organizations, such as Thanos's army and the Guardians of the Galaxy) higher, possibly up to Extraordinary Genius in technological prowess (A skilled and resourceful engineer, Super-Skrull has repeteadly produced the means to complete his missions and return home even when stranded alone on Earth: he jury-rigged a sensor using the tech found in Reed Richard's laboratory, has claimed to be able to construct a spaceship on his own with Earthen resources and has built a makeshift teleportation device out of the wreckage of a space station. Most notably, he managed to create a portal to the realm between the universes and summon the universe-eater Omnipotentis, a being superior even to Lifebringer Galactus, and he did so using raw materials found on Earth (note: Considering that the Skrulls have an average level of technology far more advanced than mankind's, it is difficult to tell whether these feats are truly extraordinary or merit of their society's collective knowledge)

I've also compiled a list of intelligence and combat feats for completion's sake:

  • Even while deprived of his powers, Super-Skrull was insightful enough to pinpoint the Invisible Girl by the pebbles that were falling behind her
  • Seemingly conceived the plan which allowed him and his Skrull underlings to bring havok within the Avengers' ranks, rally the public opinion against Captain Marvel and other heroes, capture Scarlet Witch, Quicksilver Captain Marvel himself, and finally land an attack against the Inhuman Great Refuge
  • While disguised as the Thing, Super-Skrull murdered a scientist of the research station he was in and then escaped, leaving behind a series of false clues to frame an alleged invader from the outside and mislead the rest of the crew
  • During the time he spent on Earth on hyatus from duty and undercover, Super-Skrull managed to reinvent himself as a capable special effects master, shooting many movies and growing quite popular among the general public
  • During Annihilus's invasion of our dimension, Kl'rt correctly guessed that the Negative Zone, which had already been taken over, would have been ripe of rebellious cells willing to be recruited in an effort against the tyrant
  • Speaks current and ancient Skrullian, and is knowledgeable in ancient Skrullian culture, history and religion.

  • Although he never abandoned the tendency to look down and underestimate his opponents, Super-Skrull claims to have grown wiser and more cautious following his first defeats, and is all but stranger to employing strategy when confronting a stronger opponent.
  • Matched Captain Marvel in physical combat and came out victorious.
  • Circumvented Tigra's greater agility by collapsing on her the wall which she was jumping on
  • Defeated two other super-powered Skrulls who posed as Mister Fantastic and the Invisible Woman, even killing the latter
  • Has taken on platoons of Annihilation Wave forces, troops of Skrulls and swarms of Kree soldiers, either single-handedly or with the help of but a few allies
  • Defeated the multiplying Preak by sealing all of their clones into a cave and asphyxiating them with his flames.
  • Bested and killed other super-powered Skrulls
  • Easily defeated She-Hulk in a direct confrontation

Weaknesses
I've made what I think being a substantial improvement and removed or reworded a few things, such as having to turn his limbs into stone, which isn't a weakness, and the main limit to his powers, which I remade in a more concise way. Also, I've made plenty of additions.

  • Interfering with or blocking the signal of the Skrull satellite has been an effective way to depower the Super-Skrull in several instances.
  • While he can utilize all the combined powers of the Fantastic Four simultaneously, doing so taxes his strength and thus he does not utilize them all the time, but rather only when he needs them, forcing him to trade vulnerability for power conservation.
  • His flames do not always remain at their highest temperature possible, as demonstrated when he actively needed to build-up heat, or when his fire was doused by common snow, extinguished by Captain Marvel's Uni-Beam and Thor's (possibly magical) whirlwind first and downpour then. A powerful concussion following the release of a nova-like blast could also turn off his flaming body.
  • He is susceptible to his own hypnotizing gaze, as exemplified by the time Captain Marvel made him stare at his own reflection, while he was utilizing said power. Some effects of his hypnosis (such as fear) cease to be exerted if he loses concentration, while mind control needs to be reinforced periodically. Additionally, his mind control powers rapidly wear off when exerted on individuals who would experience sudden changes of personality, such as Sasquatch being hypnotized during a fit of berserk madness and freeing himself instantly, as Kl'rt's gaze's drowsing effects made him recover his normal persona of Walter Langkowski.
  • Seemingly vulnerable to suffocation by smoke, as a Skrullian energy-sphere designed to extinguish his flames and turn them into noxious smoke could render him incapacitated.
  • Often arrogant and overconfident, flaws which emerge in combat and when his disguises and deceptions are exposed. These traits have somewhat attenuated over the years, as experience turned him into a more level-headed, seasoned and wise individual.

Limits:
A new and useful section that could help greatly for the indexing and understanding of characters in general. I may hold it on until the downgrade comes through, as it directly operates against anything Planet level. For now, here it is.

  • Has battled Thor to an apparent standstill, but never truly gained the upper hand and the God quickly disposed of him at the end (note: Thor used his own godly powers, strength and skill to render the Super-Skrull's own abilities moot and overcome him in physical combat, before banishing him in space using Mjolnir's magic). Thor later defeated him with even greater ease
  • Would have been killed by a nuclear explosion, had Captain Marvel not prevented it from happening
  • Admitted that a berserk Sasquatch may have been stronger than him and vowed to approach the battle carefully
  • Had a few, brief skirmishes with the Silver Surfer but failed to overwhelm him. In a later encounter, a then-bloodlusted Silver Surfer handed the Super-Skrull utter humiliation.
  • Was defeated by the Gray Hulk through a combination of skill, ingenuity and comparable strength and resilience
  • Was grossly overpowered by Thanos in a direct confrontation
  • Could not break free from Quasar's forcefield
  • Was completely powerless against the continent-sized Harvester of Sorrow, an alien weapon designed to destroy planets
  • Reed Richards threatened him with a Class Four Disintegrator, a gun capable of taking out small moons, an act taken by Super-Skrull as a flattering compliment.

Aaaaaand we're done once again! What was supposed to be a quick, support project turned into a (necessarily) lenghty work, as it always happens due to @The_Impress 's lies and deceptions.
Still, I'm glad to have unfawked another semi-obscure profile which can now outglow more popular characters whose files still gasp for air.

See ya next time, folks!

I remember in the M.M and Spider team up they state that his strength decreases to half without the satellite since this comic stablishes that his strength is nearly the same as when satellite amped we could use that as a multiplier if nothing contradicts it later.

It occurs in two distinct occasions, as at first Spider-Man only tampers with the satellite, without disabling it entirely, thus halving his strength, which is still far higher than Spidey's.
They then block the signal out completely, but he still overpowers Miss Marvel, at which point she notes how he mutated as an effect of prolonged exposure.
The satellite ceases to be relevant at all soon after (it's briefly mentioned in the Siilver Surfer volume but no scaling can be taken out of that) and disappears from the narrative completely, without any explanation.

I'd say we can assume that with the satellite he's at least 2X whatever Miss Marvel's tier is, but I'm skeptical in using this multiplier as a reliable scaling method for other characters, since it hinges on a single story from decades ago which in turn hinges on a mechanic that ceased to be relevant in the 80s.
Super-Skrull squares off physically with a good number of protagonists, so that could easily lead to scaling chains.

The comic seems to say that the energy sent by the satellite is blocked which caused his power to half even if the satellite is still there it's energies can't reach him and the SS even compares it to the time Richards stopped it so it should be equal to his normal non amped version.

Also Ms. Marvel will scale to whatever value Impress brings so SS can scale to 5-B (temporarily) instead of scaling to Spider.

Absolutely the type of character CRT I would want to do (and long enough for many to groan at).

Looks good. Honestly, half expected him to have Outer force fields, scaling from Sue.

Kept fighting after having been stabbed in the gut<a href="https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/User:SamanPatou/sandbox1?diff=prev&amp;oldid=9377102#cite_note-IH-1.375-9"><span>[</span>7<span>]</span></a> and having forcefully extracted the weapon.
dis is stamina feat
Said beam has mutated the Super-Skrull's body over the years, making him naturally stronger<a href="https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/User:SamanPatou/sandbox1?diff=prev&amp;oldid=9377102#cite_note-MTU-1.62-4"><span>[</span>3<span>]</span></a> than the likes of Spider-Man and an early Captain Marvel even without the boons of the satellite
these imply that early showcase and scaling is not valid or similar, can you provide a reliable point for where your scaled stats begin in the notes?

rest look good

After looking through the profile and a large portion of the scans, this looks solid.

Another banger profile, Saman!

Except for Impress' objections, this seems perfectly fine. 🙏

Yeah, thinking about it, Miss Marvel even says "most of his powers have transformed into real ones", so it makes sense to consider even the first showcase against Spider-Man to be a complete severing from the satellite. And, re-reading it again, it does say the broadcast has been totally interrupted, so you're right.

It's already in the stamina section as well.

I listed everything in chronological order, so before those statements he was already considered stronger than the Thing, who's the main source for scaling. The way I compiled it was meant to convey that he was already superior to Ben, then has grown stronger a couple times and from there on he fought the various characters named there.

aight so that's fine, are there any scaling implications for this on the off-chance?

Not really, before the second (and last) power up, he squares off against the Thing (whose scaling's already pointed out in the file before), Thor (to whom he loses before and after the power ups), OG Captain Marvel (who's always been weaker), Tigra (who couldn't hold a candle to him) and that's pretty much it.

Well then, I've updated the sandbox (and the link in the OP) to adjust the accepted tier changes discussed in this topic.
Does anyone else have anything to add or should I proceed with the revision?
