Honkai Impact 3rd - Fixing BoS Speed cause no one else cares

In light of all the tier 1 upgrades, downgrades and fancy abilities. I present you a CRT worthy of some filler music. Downgrading the tier 6 HI3 Chars speed.

Currently we rate White Comet Kiana as well as the BoS trio and Base Fu Hua, as being relativistic with FTL combat speed cause of being "comparable to shadow knight Fu Hua" this is a little circular and wrong.

This is a problem because these stats come from Eclipse Mode Shadow Knight Fu Hua. While the Shadow Knight is a Godsbane Battlesuit (Schicksal's best battlesuits) specifically built for speed with Eclipse mode being an amp on top of that. Meaning it'd be faster than Base Fu Hua already. Base Fu Hua thinks Base Kiana's speed is garbage despite Sirin possessing her (No shadow knight armor btw). And gets these stats, specifically from blitzing Knight Moonbeam Kiana.

Ok so only Shadow Knight Fu Hua scales to FTL? Not quite. Eclipse Mode Fu Hua was actually able to fight an albeit losing battle against the Herrscher of the void and actually wounded her with the narrator saying HoV's fast regen was a notable factor in Fu Hua being defeated. Who is MFTL+. Eclipse Mode Fu Hua also fought on par with the S-Rank Valkyrie Rita before Durandal interrupted them both. We consider S-Rank Valkyries to be MFTL+. So if that's valid then Eclipse Mode is an amp that takes her up to MFTL+. So this key of Fu Hua actually gets upgraded.

What do White comet tier characters get downgraded to? Either we use this calc (2.3% SoL) for the Welt Joyce clone reacting to a Gungnir light ray which White Comet Kiana and the gang fought during AE Invasion. If people don't like that calc then we opt for the calc of Himeko blocking Partial Transformation Mei's Lightning (Mach 780). The downgrade affects Base Fu Hua too, she'll just get an At least rating for being way faster than Kiana, Bronya and Mei.

ill give my opinion soon (i also have something to say abt the hi3 speed scale) but i do want to say for those who dont know that the verse is on lockdown as we are reviving the scans. this shouldnt mean we cant debate about the thread but the changes should probably be halted until finished.

actually yea this does make sense and most of it is fine with me. i would say base fu hua should speed scale for perception blitzing sieg in an early chapter but im pretty sure thats with fenghua down so we can just say its an outlier. other than that yea i agree

the welt joyce calc seems fine to me tho for base fu hua if we scale white comet off that then the same goes for her
