I used this obvious example to show that not every fluid that comes out of your body is part of your soul. Especially when the manga explicitly shows that the body is the core of life.
I would understand your logic if these were Kaneki's primary limbs, like Plastic Man, who stretches his arms and shapes them. But these are simply artificial limbs, and Kaneki creates new ones to replace the old ones.

Domains can be broken from the inside. It's just very hard because you are constantly being attacked by the sure-hit and the caster. The interior of the domain just upscales the caster's durability a lot, but that's it. Overcome that and you can shatter a little escape hole to get out. Gojo stated Sukuna could've broke out the domain by attacking the inside (Tho that was after he switched the exteriors weaker side with the interiors resilient side).

this isn't becoming anything, i'm just asking for your interpretation. i agree with nik here. if we assume that kaneki has a soul that can be targeted, the kagune wouldn't be part of his soul since it's basically just a genetic mutation that grants him what are essentially prosthetic limbs that he can plop out whenever he wants. i don't see the logic in saying its part of his soul.
but if you ask me, i think its weird enough we assume everyone from outside the verse has cursed energy, instead of equalizing it only to other energy systems like we do with every other verse.
