So to kick things off, this is probably one of the only combatants in the tournament who can actually match Shovel Knight skill wise, and from what I’m reading, she slightly surpasses him, and she’s MUCH smarter than him.

Though unfortunately, that’s where her advantages end, and let’s go over the advantages Shovel has.

• Shovel’s nearly three times stronger than her, and he has an incomprehensible LS advantage over her, so she’s getting flung by that shovel any moment Shovel gets or even grabbed and flung by the Tow Anchor. Not to mention, while she IS a little more skilled than him, the skill gap is not NEARLY big enough for her to skill diff him despite his advantages.

• Shovel’s abilities are much more versatile, and make landing good hits on Shovel extremely difficult, as he can go intangible, invisible, and fly, with the former also letting him fly and the air AND being able to be used twice back to back, he also can fire out fireballs at her with Flare Wand, which leads me to my next point.

• This is one of the only matchups where Shovel outranges the opponent, so if she becomes too much to handle for a bit, Shovel can easily disengage and attack from a distance with the Flare Wand and War Horn.

• Even if she somehow manages to injure Shovel Knight, he has a potion that fully restores his HP, meaning she’d have to redo all of her progress all over again, and if she SOMEHOW lands one extremely fatal hit, his Toon Force will save him and essentially negate the attack.

• The Ring he wears protects him from Fire, Electricity and Explosions, the former being shown when he walked through a room filled with fire completely unharmed, so it’s safe to say her bombs aren’t going to do anything to Shovel here, especially with him being more durable. He can also reflect projectiles with his Shovel, which definitely lessen the usefulness of her guns, not to mention the fact he wears full body armor doesn’t help her much. Meaning she can only reliably use Swords and Shields.

Shovel’s advantages are definitely way too much for her, even with her IQ and slight skill advantage, I’m voting for Shovel.
