Downgrades
Rimuru
Let's start with our main character, Rimuru. His speed rating is in his first key.
Hmm, seems normal at first, right? Well, when you open the supersonic scan it literally says "as fast as the speed of sound".
I am a guy who can disappear as fast as the speed of sound.
His
baseline perception is also SoS:
This would downgrade his baseline overall speed to
Transonic which is 0.9x~1.1x SoS. And no, this isn't via thought accel, it's cuz of magic perception:

Chapter 38
Not actually supersonic btw, it's a mistranslation. It's subsonic in truth.

The moment he heard these words, his eye color changed. This ability is similar to Shion’s 『Battle Maniac』 . His speed and power more than doubled. And, his magic energy and fighting spirit enveloped his body.
Rimuru also obvious has Battle Maniac via food chain, so he can more than double his overall speed with this. Let's take it as 2.5x as a low ball. Then his speed without Great Sage would be lower end of
Supersonic+.
That would make his Accelerated perception speed ~2x the low end of
MHS.
Other Characters & Chainscales
Not everyone can endure Shion's cooking bro...
Let's start with
Fruadmaru
Hypersonic+ with
Relativistic reaction speed (Comparable to
Shion)
And now let's move to Shion:
Hypersonic+ (Superior to Ranga which can move 2 km before Holy Knights could react), with

Reacted to Disintegration, which is stated to move at the speed at light)
At first it seems fine, however, NO. Because Disintegration is an attack that requires a long ass chanting.
While confirming that the spirits have occupied the slime, Hinata began to chant a grand spell.
Thanks to her ability『Mathematician』she can normally ignore the chant, but this time was different.
The magic that she could use within the barrier belong to〈Incantation〉and〈Spirit Magic〉as these do not rely directly on magical energy.
The magic that she is planning to use is the ultimate attack magic from the〈Divine Magic〉archive.
The atheist Hinata was praying to a god.
Finding this very fact ironic, Hinata hated this magic. However, her preferences aside, the magic that Hinata knows, the strongest among it, is limited to the ones taught by the church.
Her hands stretched out in front of her, one is drawing some complicated symbols in the air, while the other is drawing geometric shapes.
After quickly weaving such a complicated spell, a completed magic circle was now before her.
The decorative glasses have by now fallen off her face, and,

A power befitting a god.
Though it’s not an area attack, since it targets everything from the atom to the soul, it is considered the strongest anti-personnel magic.
Upon completing the chant, a brilliant white light shot out from her hands.
A blinding light.
It traveled to the target at a speed of 300,000 km/s. Equal to the speed of light.
The skill completely vaporizes the target via holy energy. The down-side–it requires a long time to prepare.
Amidst a magic fight, or a duel, it is not a power you can use. Moreover, it requires a large amount of energy to use, and can be used at most once per day.
Chapter 66
Plus the very wording of the scan makes it clear that Shion didn't react to the attack before disintegration hit her. It had already enveloped her, so she wasn't reacting to any high speed. It's like "after a rock has fallen on you, you prepare yourself to get up and somehow lift it off you". That isn't reaction speed tho, right?
「Keep up the barrier with your lives if you have to! Those free, attune your spirit power to mine.
I’ll use Disintegration.
Converge the barrier on her to seal her movements! We can’t let her live!!」
When Disintegration captures its target it never lets go.
Chapter 93
That looks dangerous, she thought. But, she could not break the barrier nor did she have any skills to protect herself with.
The humans are looking down on her too much, Shion thought, and
「Begone demon! We cannot let such a dangerous being live!
This world needs only one god! Disintegration!!」
The strongest one of them cried.
At the same moment, from the four corners and the zenix of the pyramid she was in a violent light assaulted Shion.
「Don’t look down on me, human! Rimuru-sama, protect me!!」
Shion wrapped herself in all her magical energy, and prepared for the attack.
In a split second,
Without an explosion or heat, the light consumed her.
Chapter 93
This would also effectively downgrade the entire chain-scaling milking this one vague feat, and the characters in that chain include:

Also, 80% of these characters don't even scale to shion. I mean, Gabiru comparable to shion? Ranga comparable to shion?
Yeah no, both the speed rating and the scaling chain itself need heavy rework. (And unfortunately I will be doing that mostly alone since almost no one else here is knowledgeable on WN)

Well, look at that, an actually clear rating! But then you realize the nature of this feat. Apologies but you'll have to read a decent but for this one:
Even for Leon, the genius with a “Hero’s egg”, the “Curse Lord” Kazalim was a formidable foe.Superficial attacks will not work on Kazalim, king of the undead. With Leon’s abilities specializing in defense, he couldn’t inflict a fatal strike on Kazalim.On the other hand, Kazalim too found Leon a difficult opponent. Breaking through he iron wall-like defense was tough, and all his curses were null and void.With both sides lacking a decisive factor, the battle that unfolded extended for several days.However, the ending was a disappointing one. Absorbing his pure feelings within the inner soul of Leon, the “Hero’s egg” had hatched.
Leon has awakened and became a true hero. He who reigns as the demon lord, he who is the true hero. And that, is Leon Cromwell.
He awakened an ability, the ultimate skill “King of purity Metatron”. An ability which draws purest energy possible from power, magic, aura, and skill.
For Kazalim who uses complex skills this was the worst possible match-up.
With cursed blood of hex and blood, rotten flesh of sludge and microorganisms, bones of magic water.
The parts that constitutes Kazalim’s body, was dismantled under the pulsating divine light of the ultimate skill “King of Purity Metatron”.
Without being able to put up any resistance, the “Curse lord” Kazalim has been destroyed before Leon.
By an ironic twist, Leon who has overthrown a demon lord was recognized as a demon lord in name and in reality. And Leon took it as a good thing.
Leon was a genius, moreover his attribute was Light=Purification.
His existence was such that could be called the natural enemy of the Chaos Dragon.
「I will say it once more. You are underestimating me. The reason I deliberately gave you time for the summoning was to showthe difference between our powers and that what you have done today, in this place, is fruitless. I will show you a piece of my power!」
Leon was wrapped in a golden light whilehe talked. Golden Wings, constructed with pure light energy, appeared on his back. His wings resembled the wings of the angel race, but in reality his wings were totally a stream of light itself.
And, he held the Flame Pillar (Holy Flame Rapier), which had manifested in his right hand. It was a Mythical class (Gods) rapier, the strongest sword in Leon’s possession. A pattern of beautiful bluish white flame
stood out on its flexible, thin blade. Leon held a Golden Circle (Golden Round Shield) in his left
hand and the rapier in his right.
It was a legend class shield as good as armor, but it had high defense ability because it was mixed with Leon’s Holy Aura. In reality, the shield could suppress the damage from an attack of demonic attribute by reducing up to half of it with purification. Fully armed, Leon glanced at Yuuki who’d lost his smile and then moved his eyes to Chaos Dragon as though he had lost interest in Yuuki.
And then,
「It seems I will incur Milim’s hostility if I kill you. Since that’s the case, I will only make you fall asleep again! Oh Holy spirits, flutter! Triangle Pyramid (Sacred Tetrahedron Demon Sealing Barrier)!!」
A small tetrahedron with four pillars made from crystallized spirits grew large and in accordance to Leon’s will, it wrapped around the Chaos Dragon. This was the ultimate holy attribute barrier that even surpassed Holy Field. The Barrier that Leon had constructed was given the [effect： eternity], where the captured person was confined. It was a high-class sealing technique that rivaled 『Infinite Prison』 . No, the effect may even surpass 『Infinite Prison』 if the target had a demonic attribute.
With the existence of this barrier, Leon could possibly win against Guy just once. Of course, if it was Guy, he would instantly sense the danger of the barrier, and not get caught by it. Therefore, not to bedisparaging, but the success rate against Guy was only about 1 in 1000 attempts.
However, if the target was a mindless monster, it couldn’t defend against this technique. The poor Chaos Dragon struggled to break the seal, but its resistance was futile. Furthermore, when the barrier’s effect activated, it sucked the magic power from the Chaos Dragon and used it to reinforce the barrier’s strength. When it came to this, its movements were already sealed.
It wasn’t like the lifecycle barrier that Milim had erected, no matter how much energy the Chaos Dragon possessed, as it was, it could vanish before 100 years had passed. In this matter, Leon thought that Milim could possibly resent him for this, but if he released the seal and handed it over to Milim then it would be fine. It would be troublesome to incur Milim’s wrath, but it wasn’t really something that he should be thinking of right now. He modified the barrier settings, so that it would immediately be buried under the ground.
In the end, the Chaos Dragon was sealed again in instant by Leon.

This could not be called a battle, it was an event symbolizing Leon’s overwhelming strength.
「Well then, did your trump card end with this? If it’s over, it’s my turn now.」
Leon looked at Yuuki and spoke mercilessly. Leon had completely settled the situation in his favor and Yuuki’s chance of victory could be deemed as nonexistent. But,
「Ahahahaha! I never thought that a Demon Lord was amazing, to this degree! Honestly, I underestimated it. Even so, I already took the source of that dragon’s power, I don’t need it anymore. I have restored the damage I received from you. Then, should I get serious now? 」
Exactly as stated by Yuuki, his both hands were covered with dragon scales,his body is was covered by the same miasma that had covered the Chaos Dragon not long ago. It was almost like it had transformed into an ominous black armor resembling the scales of dragon. Leon recalled the buried barrier to himself,
「You bastard!」
He shouted at Yuuki. The Chaos Dragon became bone, it weathered and then
crumbled. It was the result of the dragon losing its power. Just as Yuuki had said, he had deprived it of its very core. With this, Milim’s wrath is! The moment Leon thought about that――
「Do you think now is the right time to worry about that?」
Yuuki leapt behind Leon’s with a speed incomparable to before. And delivered a strong kick to Leon’s back. Yuuki, who had taken the power of the dragon,had become a Dragon Warrior. He put more effort into the fight,
「Don’t get cocky, you insect!」
Golden lights were emitted intensely and completely dyed the area pure white. Inside the torrent of light that blinded people’s eyes was Leon who stood glaring angrily at Yuuki, his body wrapped in whitegold armor. The 36 pairs of 72 wings appeared once more on his back. They had vanished when he had used barrier before, but it manifest again when Leon’s virtually unlimited holy aura was released.

The fight was settled in an instant. Leon, who burned with anger, delivered intense attacks towards Yuuki without giving him the chance to counterattack. With a flowing elegant thrusting speed that approach the speed of light, Leon’s Flame Pillar made Yuuki’s entire body instantly became bloody. The ominous black armor that was the crystallization of the Chaos Dragon’s power was smashed to pieces, unable to withstand the sword endowed with the power of purification.
As for the difference in power, the gap was vast, like that between an adult and a child.

Yuuki, felt his own ego weakening, seemingly disappearing. If this situation continued, it would not be not good. If things kept going like this, his defeat was certain.
Yeah so, it's evident that Leon was ABSOLUTELY demolishing Yuuki. Yet on
Yuuki's profile:

Uh..... We don't considering getting demolished as "comparable" right, guys? Or am I the odd one here ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Anyway, this thing needs to get absolutely nuked. Another point to note is that this speed is achieved specifically by Leon's ultimate skill Metatron, which essentially allows him to move near light speed by actually turning into something similar to light itself.
That means anyone scaling to this needs to get their scaling removed, cuz Leon has never fought against others in this speed without demolishing them in terms of speed again. Now, how many characters currently scale to this?
Well.............
Everyone, yes, literally everyone that is awakened demon lord lvl or not fodder lvl scales to this for whatever reason:
This is precisely why I'm not even listing the profiles this time, cuz there are too many. All demon lords are scaling to this feat for whatever reason. Almost all villains are scaling to it, all of Rimuru's subordinates are scaling to it in their awakened key as well.....
What needs to be done is finding out where tf these characters ACTUALLY scale and deriving a valid chain-scaling.
Adding Scans & Scaling (Small Upgrades Included)
Now, there are still a few usable chainscales, mostly from absolute fodder characters. One such is the direwolf speed feat:
Subsonic
Subsonic (Superior to the direwolf boss that could move faster than the goblins could see)
But it lacks scans. I'll add
this:
“The leader needs to show his power!” or “He’s the strongest one in the pack, he should be able to do this himself!”
They may think. And at that moment, it was settled.

No one took their eyes off the leader’s movement. However, to the goblins, it appeared as if he had disappeared. For me, he moved as if in slow motion. It all went according to plan.
I’ve thought up quiet a few scenarios, and the battle had played out according to one of those. As you’d expect from beasts. They’d never triumph over a human. The leader was caught in the [Sticky Thread] I lay at the entrance.
Should also add that unless they have another scaling chain, every character should at the very least scale above this feat. Why? Cuz after naming, even Ranga's subordinate could spees blitz a focused Gabil (pre-subordinate arc):
「If you wish to borrow my strength, first show your own. Now, begin!」
Ranga shouted. At the sound of his voice, the battle began. The lizard, no, Gabil readied a trident, and carefully observed the storm wolf’s movements. The wolf, on the other hand, stood composed.
Ton!
He kicked the ground, covering the distance to his opponent in a single leap. Surpassing Gabil’s perception ability, an overwhelming speed. Completely unable to react, Gabil never knew what hit him.
In a split second, he received a blow to the chest. The wolf then circled behind him, and held him by the neck – with his mouth, of course – in midair. He threw Gabil into the air once, and then smashed him to the ground.
That all had happened in the blink of an eye. Not Ranga, but some average storm wolf had completely overwhelmed the B ranking Lizardmen’s raid leader Gabil. I knew Ranga had been growing stronger recently, but to think that the other wolves have developed this far…
Chapter 30
Even someone like Gobuta should scale to his own wolf partner (since as you see above they only acknowledge those comparable to them).
Another backup is Beni's Hellflare scaling to subsonic(/+) attack speed:
On his right palm, a black spherical flame appeared. Increasing the diameter of this ball to a meter, he shot it at the orcs. Sensing danger, they tried to run away. But it was far too late. The ever accelerating round chased them. It’s speed was around 600 kph–clearly beyond the orcs’ abilities.
Those struck were immediately engulfed and burned without leaving ashes. However, the terror of the flame was not in this.
The ball also absorbed the magical energy of the orcs it struck
and used it to fuel its growth. Rather than a ball, it was now a dome with a radius of 100 meters.
And in a second, another roar resounded across the battlefield.
Well, it wasn’t actually that loud, but those that heard it could feel their blood freezing in their veins.
Chapter 37
All fodder tiers (below awakened demon lord lvl characters) should scale to this.
Transonic
A~ ranks in general should scale to Transonic via scaling to Gelmud, who doesn't specialize in speed:

the marshes. But it was not for sake of his ambition. But for his survival, he needs to fix the blunder with all his might.
Chapter 38

Supersonic
Rimuru should get Supersonic flight speed in his first key:
Particularly, through pure luck, I have gotten 〈Flight Magic〉!
I don’t need incantations to use it. I can fly around just by willing to do so. Well, I’ll slowly practice with it, and along the way learn to fly at supersonic speeds.
Chapter 44
Hypersonic
Ranga currently has this on his profile:

Then, then disaster itself came crashing from the sky. Fritz had never neglected his guard. He felt that the need for such an excessive strategy was exaggerating the threat of the situation, but he was still faithful and trusted Lady Hinata’s orders.
For this reason alone, it can be safely said that he and hisncompanions were brimming to the rim with self-confidence. Not a single one of his companions were neglectful or slacked in their duties.
Despite all of this, a single black lump came crashing from the sky to blow away one of his companions, a mighty Holy Knight. Even with that, there was no reason to be careless. This instantaneous event that sent a Holy Knight flying was not cause for panic.
Chapter 92
When the barrier perceived the attack and sent the warning about the encroaching monster, a Holy Knight had already been blown away. The extend of the barrier was nearly two kilometers from their position, to think that something could reach them before they had enough time to react was unthinkable.
The purpose was to be able to detect the danger and react with long distance attacks to weaken the target, this was standard procedure.
Chapter 92
However, this Large… Black Wolf emitted such a terrifying density of coercion. Fritz couldn’t find any opening at all. This was the same monster that cleared two kilometers faster than a Holy Knight could react to. This same monster was now within mere meters of them.

Gobuta also scales to it (post harvest festival):
Gobuta already made a blunder when he attracted Milim with his cool “Transformation” that appealed to her.
But you know, during these 30 minutes Gobuta’s movement
improved remarkably. They say that real combat is superior to mock training
combat, this may surely be accurate. To the last few minutes, Gobuta succeeded in evading several times. Has he gotten used to Ranga’s speed? As expected, whatever has been said about Gobuta, he is a real genius. Even so, it’s still impossible for him to win.

Additionally, Ranga and Gobuta aren't specialized in speed to my knowledge, so all demon lord seed levels (and above that do not have feats of their own) should scale to this, instead of scaling to Leon's relativistic tiering. This includes the likes of Karion and Rimuru's 12 Guardians before awakening.
Why "at least" is because there's another possible chain scale as below:

Hakuro (Pre-Harvest Festival) should get
At Least MHS combat speed since he could blitz a non-serious Rimuru
with activated thought accel:

Although it says it's skill and not speed, it likely just means "it's only combat speed" as I see it, since the fact that he blitzed Rimuru is still there.
Shion (post harvest festival) would chainscale from this since she could contend with a post harvest harvest festival Hakuro at full power:
Next, what Hakurou had released was without doubt a Sword Saint’s Sword Draw Arts. If someone was able to stop the attack then there was a good chance of winning, it was the weak point of Sword Draw. The winner and loser would be decided by this one strike. Shion devoted her entire body and soul and made a posture to prepare against Hakurou’s attack.
「Dim Stream Slash!」(Hakurou)
Hakurou’s figure become indistinct, thin like air, despite the fact that Shion’s perception was not inferior in speed, it was obstructed for a moment and before she realized it, he had already appeared before her eyes like an optical illusion. The shining blade was flowing as if it would cut through the neck,Hakurou’s victory seems to be confirmed.
「Not yet! “War Goddess Release”!!」(Shion)
Shion transforms by utilizing the Unique Skill 『War Goddess Transformation』 . When the doubt inside Shion disappeared, the skill『Demonification』 changed into 『War Goddess Transformation』. It’s not a skill where someone loses their awareness and rage like a berserker. It’s an ability that purely raised physical power.
Just like Benimaru’s 『Demon Flame Transformation』 , it was an ability where they’re able to use the properties of their soul body.
Shion is in a state where her body’s strength was transferred into her soul body without any change. However, it consumes an extreme amount of energy, so it can’t be used for a long time. This moment is when the decision concluding this offence and defense is made. With her current self, she can’t match Hakurou. That’s why, she use all of her ability.
Under the effect of Unique Skill 『War Goddess Transformation』 a fierce and powerful Touki overflows from Shion’s entire body. All her senses are sharpened at the same time and the power
overflowing from Shion can be felt. The current Shion is able to clearly see Hakurou’s “Dim Current Slash” that could even confuse one’s speed perception. Evasion is unnecessary.
She will not receive damage from that katana. Shion understood that in an instant. However, Shion chose to respond to it with her greatest technique without hesitation.

Shion’s Ōdachi beat and cut Hakurou’s training katana. Shion quickly retracted her blade and swung down with her overhead raised Ōdachi. A clear voice with high pitched tone could be heard as Shion’s Ōdachi was stopped by the Magic Sword “Tenma” in Milim’s hand.

On Souka’s command, Shion calmly drew her oodachi and took a center stance aiming at his eyes. Her face was calm, her emotions tranquil. In fact, she released an imposing aura quite reminiscent of that of Hakuro. A beautiful stance as if she had become one with the blade itself. Beholding her figure, Gerudo armed himself with the Castle Crusher hammer in his right hand, and the humongous Castle Shield in his left. Befitting his position as the center of our defense, his entire body is clad in “Hebiyama” armor, and with his unique skill 『Guardian』 it would prove difficult to as much as scratch him. Shion altered her raised her blade above her, as so to swing it down with ungodly speed. As if possessed by Hakuro himself, her movements are fluid without a single wasted moment.
“Wha.. seriously?!” I think, staring at her. And not just me– Benimaru and Souei, too, stare at her with wonder on their faces. That Shion, although her speech and conduct is still rather haphazard and she is prone to radical decisions, she has become rather sensible lately. Right, after she had made peace with the Templars. I thought I felt as if a weight was lifted from her, but perhaps she really did experience some kind of change as a result. She is no longer as arrogant nor looks down on humans. Actually, even when she says something foolish, rather than coming from her heart, it’s as if she was kidding. Just like Benimaru, she no longer rampages and has attained a state of tranquility. Shion has grown; perhaps she just become more accepting. The current Shion does not depend on fighting with raw power alone, but as Hakuro had taught, she displays the beautiful devotion to swordsmanship. In other words, actual skill has been added to her capricious nature. As a result…
Shion brought down her odachi sending a shockwave at Gerudo. Of course, something of this level created no more than a smokescreen. But Shion did not waste that opportunity and fluidly slashed again. Well, Rimuru implied he COULD dodge Meggido even at close range, implying it wasn't impossible. Doing so at long range should be comparatively easier in that case due to his Magic Sense (which has a range of a few hundred meters, giving him sightly more time to react)
There is only little time lag, in another words, it is the same as speed of light, if you can see it then you can’t avoid it. For example if you shoot it from 10,000 km, the time for it to reach the target is about 0.034 second.
Even if a human eye receives information about it, the time for it to be transmitted and reach the brain is much slower. This calculation to aim precisely cannot be performed without using the 『Great Sage』 ’s computational ability. As one would expect from 『Great Sage』 . I once again became amazed.
If it was used in close proximity, even me with 『Great Sage』 ’s compensation, will have had difficulty evading it. In my situation, if I for a moment sensed it, it hard to know if I would have been able to dodge it, I will leave it to when that time comes. Therefore, it is impossible for a human to dodge it.

Well, Rimuru's max accelerated (1000x) + dead serious perception is relativistic+ as shown above in the calculation. And he can take his perception (not overall speed) to 1000x more (totaling 1,000,000x):
So there is no way that I stole the jewel because I desired to possess it, but because of other reasoning. To begin with, Clayman was underestimating me.
Thought acceleration can increase perception by 1 million times, it will be as if time have stood still, but at the same time it’s still possible to invoke magic in the mind.
In other word, even if the magic need a long time to invoke it, I’ll still be able to set multiple spell simultaneously.

First time I heard Raphael’s worried voice. And, accelerating my thoughts to 10 million times the norm, I could only slowly watch as the sword approached me. At that angle, with such timing.
But it's a mistranslation as the JP says a million:

If someone still doesn't get it, 100万 means 1 million as 万 is the term for
10,000.
This would make his perception speed MFTL (above baseline) by multiplying the relativitic+ value by 1,000 (his max reaction speed which should upscale his perception speed in that key as the feat is made via Great Sage's correction/accel).
For now, until part 2 is made for the higher tiers/keys, the rest should upscale or downscale from Rimuru's feat since Thought Accel is common in Ultimate Skill users, and at that with a million x amp at the very least, that should be on their "attacks and techniques" section already present.
