I don't think he has feats of reflecting lasers nor for his barriers surviving something that hot.

No.

Superman's heat vision is light. They'd go right through his barriers, which are made from the transparent air. They move at the speed of light as well.

Gentle has no heat resistance. The only reason Superman doesn't cut him in half is that that would be out of character.

I'm sure Superman can lower the temperature to avoid killing weaker people.

Gentle's only option is to beat down Superman. He can't do anything else.

Superman should take this pretty easily.
