Very very minor ability addition for Rover: Telepathy

Well, today I encountered something interesting. Thanks to @Child_of_destiny who had told me this and pointed it out.

As we can see, Rover's profile lacks Telepathy as one of the abilities.

Basically, look at this exact moment. Time 45:25.

Here they exchange a dialogue about how they can learn more about the Dark Tide by what they know about Augusta's experience

To quote the exact lines:

Augusta said the dark tide spoke to her when it sallowed her whole. Maybe… I can learn something that way. My telepathy ability should give me the way.

As you can see, Rover explicitly wants to use his "telepathy ability" to see through her mind. Furthermore, this exact dialogue option also solidified the fact, that yes the main topic is literally telepathy.
