This calc was recently accepted putting Lyn's LS at Class K and her travel speed at Subsonic.
For LS, pretty much every characters from the cast of the Elibe's saga aka fire emblem Blazing Blade and Binding Blade as they are either directly stated/shown to be stronger than Lyn like Hector or the dragons, or should be in a similar ballpark to her and being able to match her.
+Lyn directly state in heroes that in term of physical strenght she often isn't a match against others but make up for it with her agility and technique.
It is also supported by Lyn having a very low constitution (a stat which determine how much heavy a character's equipement can be before slowing them down) in the game with a value of 5. And while I doubt that the constitution as a stat is exactly canon it at least show us that the intent was not for Lyn to be thousand of times stronger than the rest of the playable cast.
Same thing goes for travel speed, Lyn as an infantry type unit is less mobile than cavalry and flyers and only a bit more mobile than armored units the slowest movement type in the game.
