A character has a mind, but due to their unique physiology lacks a soul. Minds and souls are a fundamental aspect (IM2), said character has their mind and body erased, to the point where a reincarnation would not be able to bring them back. So, since the soul here is already a non existent aspect for them and the mind simultaneously acts as the fundamental aspect qualification would this be enough for HGR? Or would it just be a weird MGR? Or worse, just immensely powerful LGR? I realize our current description of the godly levels of regen on the page really don't like accounting for these types of scenario's.

Because Mind/Soul in this instance is Information Type 2. If that is regenerated from pure nothing. That is High Godly Regen of Information (Type 2)

Just making sure, because sometimes I see people say that without both mind and soul it isn't. Even though the aspect already doesn't exist for them, but yeah this makes the most sense

It would only be Low-Godly. Agnaa already addressed it here. It also states on the page that regeneration from the erasure of the body, mind, and soul must be shown before trying to argue for other fundamental aspects.
I don't see how that would pertain to this scenario I mentioned, the character in question quite literally does not have a soul. The same way a rock doesn't have a soul, it lacks that aspect. There is no way they can regenerate the soul when it legitimately isn't apart of their existence to begin with, and I don't see why that would be a disqualifier when it makes little difference, though this is more in line of a response I was looking for. If this is really the case, some change is in order I feel because it makes no sense
