In this tournament I'll try to fix some issues that my previous tournament had. So I decided to make it twice shorter and make scalers fight different animals. Rules are mostly the same, but I might remove/add some new modifiers (for example, pack animals could be in packs if modifier allows them):
  • Conditions and scaling relies on the wheel of modifiers. General (SBA/Equal speed/Open battlefield/Closed battlefield/ETC) and individual (those that are affecting tiering, equipment and etc of individual participant from each team)
  • Read Notes and Explanations, since some factors/restrictions could be unclear and some stats/abilities are unrealistic
  • Participants could be revived if a wheel lands on "revive" modifier
  • Unknown stats are treated as baseline stats of average humans
  • Some rules and participants could be changed, if someone don't want to be part of that tournament - they would be removed from the roster and some random participant from animal team to make that number equal
  • Every suggestions are appreciated
  • Don't take it way too seriously
General Modifiers wheel:
  • SBA (self explanatory)
  • Equal speed
  • Open area
  • Closed area
  • Restriction of "Possible" stats
  • Usage of "Possible" stats
  • No line of sight in closed area
  • No line of sight in open area
  • None (basically who wins more often in all scenarios with all general modifiers and unchanged individual modifiers)
  • Revive for team Animals
  • Revive for team Powerscalers
Individual Modifiers wheel:
  • No weapons (restricts participant to physicals and natural abilities. For team animals only applies to animals who are capable of using any form of tools. They claws, teeth and other natural weaponry is not restricted)
  • Melee weapons (participant is restricted to melee weapons, if there's none - participant would fight with no equipment. Doesn't include armor and vehicles. For team animals only applies to animals who are capable of using any form of tools)
  • Ranged weapons (opposite of Melee weapons modifier, still doesn't include armor and vehicles)
  • Full power (all equipment + max stats, "possible" stats could be restricted by previous wheel)
  • Lowest scaling (opposite of Full power modifier)
  • Intermediate key (participant is in his middle key, but if participant lacks it - restricted to base physicals and standard equipment)
  • All equipment (base physical stats, but with all equipment. For team animals - those who are capable of using simple tools will have every single one of it, they were recorded to use)
  • Prior knowledge
  • Prep time (self explanatory, but participant have all their equipment. If they don't use that in character - participant would ambush their opponent, but it could be countered by enhanced senses)
  • Homefield advantage (for team animals it's their natural habitat)

FR. Also what do you think of the balance of that tournament? I might replace some scalers with others who have firearms, since currently only me and ThePrimalHunter (potentially) can take down a Rhino

idk, think it'd have to be in a case-by-case thingy
I'll only be accompanying your matches ngl or if i decide to make a profile for myself

Nah, this placement is not a bracket, more like a list. Matchups are gonna be randomized by the wheels

  • Minors won't Chimpanzee and Wolverine, if wheel gets that matchup, in that case it would be rerolled until it lands on someone adult
Why not? Also, why are actual rhinos and bears presumably fine for them to fight but chimps and wolves aren't?

I mostly just copied rules from previous tournament, might remove if it doesn't make any sense at all

These 2 animals were chosen mostly because of how gruesome some injuries/scans could get and how painful it could end someone's life

That goes for most of these animals too though, I'd argue getting killed by a bear for instance is way worse. I'd get rid of that rule, this is a bit restrictive for a hypothetical

If i create a profile for myself where i get to 9-B with some magic rituals, can i get here fighting a Polar Bear?
What kind of ritual is this? But if it involves some form of weaponry, explosives, chemicals and etc - why not

I put myself here against a bear of your choice

First of all - Matchups are randomised (Like in Powerscalers vs Fiction tournament)
Second - I'm sorry, but I most likely gonna restrict lots of things in your second key, since this tournament is supposed to be somewhat realistic, and I think The Real World on VSBW kinda disqualifies magical stuff in scaling. IRL key is fine though, even though I'd say you should've written "Street Level" in durability section. Also I might consider to still give you 9-C - 9-B key in prep time, since your second key kinda implies that you have some form of weaponry (To be more specifiс - that line/explanation about amplification of backpack weapons)

I don't quite need prep time, it'd make it quite unfair and one-sided towards me
Also, i'm not with any weapons in my backpack, i'm using it as a weapon

will do

My yu-gi-oh deck is optional and i ain't using it today
the powers that rituals are giving me ain't exploding the animals, just rendering me as 9-B, as without them i'm 10-A at max

I guess it still could end up in 9-C

I'm not really sure it's usable in realistic matchups, I have to restrict that unfortunately

Would you like to participate in matches outside of this tournament?

Can I vote to not be in the tournament cause I don't wanna fight or harm innocent living beings?
(I would have preferred fighting villains/atrocity criminals whether fictional or real.)
