I think #15 can be argued tbh, his ice Resistance is strong enough to survive a dragon attack who can freeze an entire lake and survive the heat.

Real quick i'd like to nominate demons from KnY (Specifically the upper ranks and ig muzan)
These guys have high-mid regen, some skill stuff
kokushibo has blitz amps because of breathing styles
Douma has negetive 200 degree ice that he just spreads everywhere
Muzan has Insta GG corruption (granted he has to hit you with something but he has danmaku so it's whatevs)
Oh, and they all have battle spirit wank and inf stamina too

Alot of world gobblers abilities are either resisted or look non combat applicable so bare minimum they would be above him
after looking at the Kuzuki page i've found that the fear hax causes internal damage, paralysis and heart pain
I also checked black fires profile and realized he's physically made out o sun light in his sun power key (I was under the immpression he just emits it)
if black fire has a way to survive their fear hax then he's prob fine (so ig they'd be below him)

well the internal damage seems to settle in pretty quickly
Pulling up the manga rn and Muzan could survive for almost the entire chapter, and it's implied he would have survived if he had even a little bit of shade too
He dies mainly because the slayers all jump him

This was the one guy who's been nice to Gul'dan since his birth. But there's nothing Gul'dan likes more than power and people serving him. Is Masayuki going to bend the knee? If no, then he dies, simple as.

One of the people in Masayuki's squad was almost exactly like that (except no child friend). Power-hungry, arrogant, willing to beat up anyone who doesn't obey him, even the love of life. Now he's the most insistent fanboy
And yes, Masayuki is humble to the point he can go along with anyone's demands as far as normalcy goes. So if he insists, Masayuki likely just will do it. Especially considering that it's a one-time event

By the description, don't seens that is instantenous, it says that fear will be replaced by courage and confidence and that anyone who the hero defeats will automatically become a follower.
Don't seens usefull againt someone like Provedor, who will tp inside his pocket dimension and attack from there

The description is just not that good. My guy entered an arena of 30k people and every single one of them immediately just started chanting his name and fanboying
He chickened out of one fight instantly and people immediately see a higher purpose and start praising him
Why am I even arguing here tho? The guy will most likely just have a full personality switch. It doesn't kinda limit itself to "you like him", it's "you like him, you sacrifice yourself for him, you admire him, you protect him, you support him, you think he's the best person in the world"
Pretty sure he just plainly permanently changed several people's personality
