Introduction
This is a relatively large verse that I handle myself. As a result of that, minor mistakes like addition/multiplication errors were made, feats were overlooked, and so on. This thread, and others like it, seek to correct that, as I've had enough time to go over some things

Woonwhi destroys rock pillar
This feat applies to all Second-Rate Martial Artists, as Woonwhi was at that level when the statement was made. Accordingly, it would scale all Second-Rate practitioners to 10 Megajoules (9-B)- First-Rate Martial Artists are regarded as being three times stronger than Second-Rate ones. That would scale them to 30 Megajoules (9-A)
Yeowun fragments reinforced concrete
This would scale to all inept Master-level warriors, as it was noted that only from that level would they be able to replicate Yeowun's feat. This would scale them all to 0.0086 Tons (9-A)- Established Master-level warriors can contend with Yeowun's power at this point with just 70% of their own power. This would scale them at full power to 0.012 Tons (9-A)
- Yeowun, at a later point, can easily overwhelm Ha Ilming, an inept Master level warrior, who was being amped with the Blood Reversion Arts. This would scale Yeowun and those with 90 years or more worth of internal energy to 0.0215 Tons (9-A)
Kang Mui fragments a large rock
This would scale to all entry-level Super Masters. While it's not explicitly stated that Kang Mui was a Super Master, we know he is because he can form "strong energy" over his hand, a trait exclusive to those who had attained the Super Master level. This would scale those at the aforementioned level to 26.11 Tons (8-B)- An end stage Super Master overpowered a baseline Super Master with just 3-star power. This means that the full power of end-stage Super Master would scale to 87 Tons (8-B+)
- Gyu Soha, and by extension, all spirits at the Blue level, was stated to be capable of facing Pinnacle stage Super Masters. That also scales her to the same value.
- Baekgi, a proficient Super Master, can double the power of his attacks with Capoeira Windmill. This would scale him to 52.22 Tons (8-B+)
- Yeowun, with HDSA: First Form, was able to overpower an unnamed Grandmaster who was amping himself with Blood Reversion Arts. This would scale Yeowun with that technique to 65.3 Tons (8-B+)
Ha Yoon's Domain Expansion
Ha Yoon was a vengeful spirit that was close to the level of an Indigo spirit but was ultimately still a Blue Spirit. This means that Indigo spirits are superior to Ha Yoon. Therefore, they'll (and Ha Yoon) be scaling to 0.6 Megatons (High 7-C+).- Indigo spirits, at a baseline level, are at best comparable to early-stage Superior Masters. This would scale early-stage Superior Masters to the same value.
- Na Yul-ryang, even though he's an early-stage Superior Master. is an outlier when it comes to them due to his exceptional combat prowess. He can fight with Indigo Spirits with just 70% of his output. That would scale him and others above him to 1.16 Megatons (Low 7-B)
Lee Hameng's Kinetic Energy
Due to the way power and speed are related to each other, Lee moving at Relativistic speed would yield 20.2 Megatons (7-B). This would apply to all mid to end-stage Superior Masters. This is not without support as those at that level are capable of destroying hills and mountainsBefore going full speed into it, I would like to address a potential anti-feat. Baek Jong-so, a Super Master in DOTDG, was blatantly capped below 1000 m/s (Supersonic+)
1. Martial Arts in DOTDG has degraded to the point where having the same cultivation level as someone from Nano Machine Era wouldn't translate to having the same stats. This is due to modernization, which prevented martial artists from having access to well-refined Internal Energy. Even a Superior Master with their far greater understanding of Internal Energy can only access 80% of the power of past eras.
2. Even aside from Modernization, Jong-so didn't use Martial Arts with the proper breathing method. This made his movements sloppy and less refined. We know that one needs a proper breathing technique to pair with martial arts; otherwise, the martial arts become useless. So, even if he weren't affected by 1, this would still nerf him.
In conclusion, this cap applies to nobody. Moving on
This is a Naoya-level cap. That being said, this cap doesn't apply to literally anybodyEven he, who is at the end of the Super Master Level, can only avoid bullets when he watched which direction the bullets are coming from.
But this, this is too many.
‘Damn it! One problem after another!’
A typical gun can fire bullets at a speed of 300 to 500 m/s, but machine guns can fire at 1000 m/s.
Such speed is too high to handle.

Baseline Speed
Every Martial Artist, at a minimum, is capable of using light footwork. This allows them to move and react to attacks at the speed of a sports car. This would scale them to 88.9m/s (Subsonic).- First-rate warriors are around three times more powerful than second-rate ones. This would scale them to 266.7m/s (Subsonic+). This is supported by this feat, which scales them to 193.13 m/s.
Chun Yuchan moves fast
This would scale to all inept level Master warriors, as Yuchan had 60 years of internal energy, which is the minimum required to be in the aforementioned tier. This would scale all on that level to 811.2 m/s (Supersonic)- Established Master level warriors can comfortably react to inept Master level warriors with just 70% of their power. This would scale them and those stronger to Mach 3.37 (Supersonic+)
- Due to the gap between Master and Super Master level being wider than that between Second and First-rate warriors, Super Masters would scale to, at least, Mach 10.11 (Hypersonic+)
Wi Soyeon blitzes two Super Masters
This would scale all end-stage Super Masters to Mach 10.39 (Hypersonic+)Heavenly Martial Arts Academy's Entrance Test
During the entrance test, prospective students were required to open certain gates, the smallest of which exceeded 400 pounds.
During the entrance test, prospective students were required to open certain gates, the smallest of which exceeded 400 pounds.
- Third-rate warriors, even though they're unable to open it, are regarded to be much stronger than regular people. This would scale them, and those above, to baseline Above Average Human level. Which is 80kg
- First Rate level is the minimum power level required to open a gate. This would scale them to 181.4 Kg (Athletic Human)
- Those at the Master level can open up to three gates. They, and those superior, would scale to 544 Kg. Since the value is close to baseline Superhuman, they would scale to that tier as even the smallest gate is 400 pounds. This would scale them to 545.2 Kg (Superhuman)
- Those at the entry of the Super Master level can open up to five gates. They would scale to 907 Kg (Class 1)
- Those at the peak of the Super Master level can overpower entry Super Master warriors with just 3-star energy. This would scale them to 3,023 Kg (Class 5)
Mid Tiers
A-Class Gate Keeper
Pa Jin-sang, an A-Class Gate Keeper, was regarded as being capable of exerting force of up to 100 Tons. This would scale him and other A-Class Gate Keepers to Class K- Superior Masters from DOTDG era are generally comparable to A-Class Gate Keepers. This would scale them to the same value.
- Due to modernization, Superior Masters of the DOTDG era are only able to access about 80% of the power appropriate to the level when compared with past eras. This would scale Superior Masters of past eras to 125 Tons (Class K)
- Na Yul-ryang, as already established, can contend with early Superior Masters with just 70% of his power. This would scale him, and others above him, i.e., mid to end stage Superior Masters, to 178.5 Tons (Class K)
- Due to modernization, Superior Masters of the DOTDG era are only able to access about 80% of the power appropriate to the level when compared with past eras. This would scale Superior Masters of past eras to 125 Tons (Class K)
