But it doesn't mean that it's should "blind" her for distract her as something for beings with actual eyes, since it's just mean that they be wouldn't really affected or give gaf about this.

She is scaled to Doll and Cyn who can do it, and since she is more or less at the same level as Doll, it is considered logical that she can; moreover, she has teleportation among her abilities.

Youre tung to argue that Uzi would use teleportation in a fight in character (i agree that she has it but that doesn’t necessarily mean she will use it), because 2 seperaye characters wirh different fight styles use it

Pretty sure Uzi was in mortal danger the entire cyn fight, did she use it once? No. Getting blinded is not nessecarily morta danger
