Slapback should be mid tier in base form 58.48 Exatons (5-C)

1. While he did not face fused form of the Weatherheads, he defeated them and knocked all of them down. (In base form slapback harmed the individual Weatherheads, As he Threw (1:40) one of his clones so hard knocked all three of them out. Even in his base form can grapple against Sydney, a hulking bug alien known for his strength, who can match and toss base four arms in strength and four arms base form is 58.48 Exatons (5-C) for easily defeating weatherheads 2 members of them Not all 3 fused tho)
2. This leaves Omni-Kix version of Slapback which could be 58.48 Exatons (5-C) or 175.44 Exatons (5-C) Top tier.
3. Or we leave Base slapback at High 6-A (low tier) and readjust his Omni kix version from 175 exatons (high tier) to 58 exatons (mid tier)

According to verse rules

• This would mean. Omni-Kix Slapback (After teaming up with Kevin took out Breaker One-Nine. Now Breaker One Nine is 175.44 Exatons for FULLY murdert Stomping the base Humungousaur even (no selling any damage) when Hit from base humugousaurs most powerful tail shockwave attack which in previous seasons shook the entire Mountains of usa city colorado to the point it cleared the snow). Hence, in the later episodes combined effort of Kevin's Bashmouth and Ben's Omni kix version Slapback was needed to defeated Breaker One-Nine.
  If Breaker One-Nine is ONLY defeated by Omni kix Slapback and only by Omni Kix four arms and base aliens stands no chance as Ben had to go Omni kix, this confirms the x3 power mentioned in verse scaling should be for O-Kix Slapback as well as all Omni kix forms and since Omni Naut is extension of Omni Kix with jetpacks and space abilities, just like the name implies, so Omni Naut aliens should also be 175.44 likely higher.)

In fact, come to think of it only people I see fitting Low Tier are Gax (featless kinda), Goop (Featless), Jetray (Featless), Maybe base Xlr8 ?(But base XLR8 was able to harm King Koil, who can harm Omni-Enhanced version of Cannonbolt and Enhanced Aliens are mid tier, based on that, base XLR8 should be Mid Tier too)
Idk mann. I don't get the whole Low Tier scaling to begin with especially since Greenshifter based the scaling off of Shock Rock being the mid tier badass and Fused Weatherheads who only appeared in one episode.

Can't we make better scaling ?

Low Tier: Featless aliens like Gax and Goop
Mid Tier: Base aliens and All Omni-Enhanced aliens (makes sense after all Shock Rock fused aliens are hybirds as stated by Duncan)
Top tier: All Omni Kix and Naut (Naut is just an extension of kix which appeared in the Movie Only)

• All forms of Diamondhead needs to be adjusted and so does Heatblast

he's obviously talking about Omni Kix and Omni Naut versions in Top Tier cause he has already mentioned Omni-Enhanced in Mid tier.
