Anyways, Silver just kinda wins unless you use possibly 4-A for Kris and their team. Silver's profile says 6-B because Pokemon profiles SUCK but his scaling scales him to Lance who scales to Ho-Oh/Lugia, who are High 6-A, which easily stomps 7-B Deltarune.

So yeah, it's a stomp : P in Silver's favor if 7-B DR is used, in Kris' if 4-A DR is used. Even if we removed their teams and just had LW Kris vs Silver, Silver has that Pokemon Human Durability on his side, allowing him to stomp.
