Dust Sans (FC/OC vs battle) get a buff and power reduction

Sighhhh

It was an example of your logic in saying, "We can say Murder can do whatever."

This is going nowhere fast. Just count me as disagree, for all of it.
Of course, some Dust Sans gets a buff, but he should also get a reduction, for example, they give him hypersonic speed, but in the Dust ask, only subsonic is limited. There are no similar answers for Calv to set it above subsonic.

He said that Dust Sans isn't interested, but he could do it if he was given motivation.
All right, I know I did say I was done here but... Please. Maybe there's some kind of language barrier here, but Calva did not say that "he could do it if he was given motivation." Not at all.
I'll also just give a TLDR that him "blitzing Asgore," if you actually read the context of it, is talking about a situation where Asgore gains memories of the resets and Murder realizes this, then kills him before he can oppose him. It's not really Murder blitzing him, it's only implying Murder would realize Asgore gained memories quickly.

I don't remember such a context, but if we imagine Dust Sans reaching subsonic speed, he would now have superhuman speed. Although I'm not sure the context was something like Asgore remembering something. You didn't accidentally make this up? Since you're trying to change the author's context, for example, that Dust Sans isn't interested in something, that he simply assumes he thinks so, although this is a direct response from the author, not a limitation of his power. In any case, I don't remember Kalv setting such a context, it only says that Murder flies in at a moment when the enemy is not yet prepared for battle in order to inflict serious damage. Here, yes, superhuman speed will result if we make the context that the enemy was not ready, or subsonic if this is the moment when the enemy saw Murder and should have drawn his weapon but did not have time.

The context of the ask was a scenario where Asgore remembers the resets and would move to stop Sans. That's what "taking action" means in this context, as Calva directly follows up the statement of Asgore potentially "taking action" with an implication that that means moving (from the Castle) to stop someone "(...)However, that direction will not be the direction of blocking the human. Instead, he'll block Murder!sans"

Calva is clearly implying that "take action" does not mean in a fight, but instead Asgore realizing what he needs to do and going to stop Sans. Coupled with the statement that Sans kills Asgore off-guard instead of fighting him fairly, this shouldn't be taken to mean he has Superhuman or Subsonic speed.

Based on your context, this would be a feat. EIQ perfectly understands when Asgore thinks about it, although the context says he adopts a witty, hides, and removes his visibility. If Asgore notices him, the context is "before he took action." You can do this at superhuman—subsonic—speed to kill Asgore in an instant. In the context of him remembering something, this in itself is a delusional fantasy, where in the context Calv did not even mention, however, it would be a good EIQ
