I'll tackle it scan by scan, but from my understanding:

• After being erased from all of the universe and time itself (Rick and Morty vs The Universe Issue #2), Rick ended up in the Nondimensional with all the other noncanonical Rick's (Rick and Morty vs The Universe Issue #2 and 3). - No problem here
• Althought this seemed to be the end Rick revealed he had already predicted something like this would end up happening to him eventually because to survive he has to think of everything including things he haven't thought of such as a ship he specifically and purposefully didn't build then forced himself to forget about the plan so that it would be waiting for him outside reality when the time comes. (Rick and Morty vs The Universe Issue #3) - Main crux of the issue, very much just seems like leaving the Realm of the Noncanonicals in an unrealized vehicle is what is what allows him back in the regular universe, not that he regenerates on his own or inherently has Nonexistent Physiology.
• It was stated Rick cannot be permanently erased from the story and that matter is information which is narrative (Rick and Morty: The End Issue #4) - From just this panel alone, I cannot tell if this is just an assumption or just regular Resistance to EE
  • In Rick and Morty, Idea's that were had cannot be killed ever. But once they end up not being had, they are vulnerable to death which can make them be born again. (Rick and Morty vs The Universe Issue #3) - No problem here

I do think Nonexistent Physiology is a tad bit weird, but aside from that, it wasn’t meant to argue for Regeneration, it was for Resurrection.

I think I was misunderstood. Nonexistent Physiology is specifically for the Noncanonicals “form” of his that he used to resurrect himself. Not in general.

I genuinely don’t see the problem, its as straight forward as High Godly can be. Rick is erased from the plot, time and all the universes of the multiverse. Ends up in a “noncanonical” “nondimensional” dimensions and uses one of his many backups to save himself THEN we get a direct confirmation that Rick cannot be erased from the story because he can find a way back very easily. It’s similar to characters getting regular Resurrection for dying, escaping the afterlife/being banned and coming back from the dead. This would be in his Technology key, not Base if thats your problem with it? Because like you know Rick still gets the abilities of his technology on his profile right?

It can’t be resistance since we saw ideas CAN be “erased” just not permanently exactly like what happened to our Rick.

Yeah, including it in the technology key is fine - my issue was that was never specified so it just looked like an addition to his base.
