A-Train speed upgrade (I thought this was new but it isn't)

Ok so, we all know A-Train even while on compound V is directly stated to run at under 400 meters per second in the show

HOWEVER

A-Train BLATANTLY runs the 400 meter dash in under a second (It's actually at or under half a second)

This is consistent with him also being stated by Butcher to be able to search all of manhattan in 30 minutes, and he says he can search all the boroughs in 3 hours

We should determine whether these can be used considering they do kinda go against statements, however the second one is also a blatant statements and the first one is an on screen feat that doesn't even need to be calced to know its over his PR

Do we agree these should be used or not?

Based on the second calc, shouldn't Supersonic+ be on the table?
yeah there was a CRT for it but it was a few years ago and it looks like it got abandoned, like there was only 1 vote and it was for agree
It was rejected under the basis that using the calc's distance with A-Train canonical speed ratings at the time, it would results in him taking 30+ minutes (can't remember the exact number), meaning that while it wouldn't be EXACTLY 30 minutes, it would match Butcher's estimation (which is enough, since it's, well, that, an estimation).

Now, the problem with this, is that would contradict his previous feats and statements. First of all, the scene is directly taking from his training with Nathan after the race against Shockwave and after Nate tells him to stop using V. Therefore, it wouldn't make sense for A-Train to be scared of the 340~ m/s Shockwave or use V to reach 371 m/s is he could run at 400+ m/s.

Ok well now he's WAY faster than mach 1 in the new season
So, stuff happened lol.
In The Boys Discussion thread is discussed that: pretty much that scene is a massive outlier, the verse will receive a likely speed downgrade (for the god tiers), while A-Train will upscale from HL's next best flight speed feat (Mach 1.5)

While it is a massive outlier, its also a blatant on-screen feat that explicitly blitzed homelander

Also supes can get stronger under the right amount of pressure, which is likely what happened with A-Train and could explain how Homelander went from being statued to somewhat keeping up with him

(Here's the statement where supes get stronger under pressure, this is already used in profiles as reactive evolution: )

Although this would downgrade that Pre-A Train fight Homelander and everyone who scaled to it to sub-bullet speed

It's an inconsistent scene that gets contradicted immediately after. A-Train barely got wounded, and the pressure thing is more than just being angry at someone.

No matter how you spin it, it's an outlier.

It was done for the coolness factor. The canonical statement and his feats (besides the outlier one) are close together, just stick to the statements.

It should be considered how he ran from USA to France within an evening.
That's honestly not the most impressive feat, Evenings are between 3-6 hours and France is only 4,749 miles, i'm pretty sure he'd only have to run at most Mach 2 (although he likely stopped to take breaks cause running for 3 hours is really hard)

1. A-Train actually went to an even further point in France iirc
2. He does have a healthy super abled heart, maybe he can run for 3 hs lol
