I'm not sure if this fight can work.

Shaula's range is listed as just "Kilometers". While Nagant's effective range via sheer skill is just 3 kilometers, her trajectory-changing curving bullets and her Rifle boost can increase her range up to 200 kilometers. Combining that with her Air Walk allowing her to climb as high as she wants to improve her firing angle, and she doesn't even need to get close to kill Shaula from 10 kilometers away. Shaula's superhuman running speed wouldn't get her within firing range before Nagant fires at her, and her reflexes wouldn't be enough to react in time without some sort of special ability either. So Nagant probably stomps in this scenario.

But at the same time, making the distance any closer makes it a "who shoots who first" situation, where both of them can one-shot each other. So the fight would be inconclusive.

I'm not familiar with Shaula, so I could be missing something. I won't vote or call this a mismatch yet,

I'd argue Nagant would have the higher attack speed but neither should be able to react to each other's projectiles. Nagant's fastest superbullets should be blitz levels above her own combat/reaction speed and the same seems to apply to Shaula's attacks.

I don't know why Nagant's speed for bullets are indexed as attack speed but her fastest bullets are ridiculous

I'm talking about relativity, even if her bullets can cross half the country in a second they could still be slower relative to Hell's Snipe if the difference between Nagant and her bullets is smaller than the difference between Shaula and her Hell's Snipe.

Maybe it's just indexed poorly, but her page does not imply that there's even a blitz difference? It says Nagant is ≈ 45% Deku and the bullets can outdo his travel speed (he still reacts to them). Both her combat and bullet speeds have the same rela+ rating.

i already explained it, her fastest bullets are borderline statue-ing characters way beyond her. but her profile already says that she can further increase her shot velocity. the profile isn't the best, but the information is still there.

but either way, it just doesn't matter.

To clarify this. Deku gets blitzed by her bullets and fastest bullets in this percentage. He's only ever dodging/reacting to them because of Danger Sense (You can see in other Deku matchups where Deku can keep up with blitzes due to Danger sense) so yeah, it's just indexed poorly.

To clarify this. Deku gets blitzed by her bullets and fastest bullets in this percentage. He's only ever dodging/reacting to them because of Danger Sense (You can see in other Deku matchups where Deku can keep up with blitzes due to Danger sense) so yeah, it's just indexed poorly.

I think shaula should be able to dodge her bullets in that scenario because of skill

Also, Shaula definitely has the faster shooting speed (blud just needs to say ok google to spam that shit)
