As the creator of all the pages of this verse, I'm knowledgeable on it.
I think Nosferatu (1995 SNES) should be downgraded from 9-A to At least 9-B+, likely higher.
While he is the strongest monster in the game, his scaling above enemies like the Rock Golem doesn’t show a big enough gap to justify a full jump from 9-B+ to 9-A. Being stronger alone isn’t enough for a tier jump without clear supporting feats.
So it would be more accurate to place him at At least 9-B+, likely higher, reflecting that he’s above other enemies but not definitively 9-A.
Kyle is 9-B+ and he beat both of them, so they shouldn’t be a whole tier above him.
Even if the gap isn’t huge, there’s no clear reason to put them at 9-A.
