TIER 9 HUMANOID TOURNAMENT
Since my first tournament (kind of) died off and the other one was actually an idea of DemonicDude with which I've agreed on hosting, I'm trying to do another one.The Rules:
- THE ARENA: The battle will take place in the Level 0 Backroom. Every participant will know that if they break a wall both him and his opponent will be teleported to Level 483 and to Level 27 if they break the floor. The final round will take place in scp 3008. After the minute and a half of prep time, both participants will spawn in random spots and will know the opponent's starting positions.
- TIME PERIOD: The battle will last no longer than an hour. For the final round, after 30 minutes it will become "night".
- SPEED: Speed will be equalized.
- KNOWLEDGE: None, unless one participant has type 8 immortality, and that immortality is granted by an object. Which means that if someone like Davy Jones is immortal thanks to his heart unless his heart will be destroyed, the heart will be located around 5-10 meters away from Davy Jones.
- PREP TIME: Every character will have 1 minute and a half of prep time.
- RESTRICTIONS: The only restrictions are Immortality type 8 (in every other case that isn't the one brought on the KNOWLEDGE rule), Immortality type 4 (also known as Immortality via reincarnation or resurrection) and anything higher than mid regen.
- NUMBERS: If somebody chooses a group, it will be analized before giving saying if it's ok. For species, I will assume that there will be only one, but if somebody asks me for more, I will analize their profile and give a maximum number that I will accept.
- MINIONS/SUMMONING: If a specific character can summon minions or are listed in his profile, there will be two cases. First, if the minions are humanoid and fall between the allowed tiers, if summoned they will be limited in base on how strong they are, and if they aren't summoned, the only limit is the number which they already have. Second, if the minions are not humanoid, they will either not be picked (if they are either optional equipment or are stronger then the allowed tiers) or they will be limited more than the first case.
- EQUIPMENT: I will give ONLY standard equipment, unless one of the following cases. First, if the character is below the required tier and with his optional equipment he will reach it, but will only have that specific object. Second, it relies on his equipment, and to unleash his whole potential, he needs the optional equipment, but will need proofs and reasons for that. Third, you convince me on giving it, but I will be the one deciding what optional equipment to give him.
- WINCONS: Death, Incap or BFR. If the battle is inconclusive, then there will be a coin flip that will decide who will win.
- PARTICIPANTS: They have to be either humans, humanoid or human-like. If they are robotic humans or can morph or morphs from something human/human-like, they will be looked case by case. Zombies, skeletons, undead, viruses and parasites are allowed, but they either have to be dead/controlled humans, humanoid and/or human-like creatures. Backups are allowed.
- TIER: I know that between the lowest 9-C and the highest 9-A AP there's a 3486666x difference (if I did the calculations right), but it will be allowed 9-C, 9-B and 9-A characters.
- MEMORY: The winner of every round will retain the memories of his last rounds.
- PARTICIPANTS: There will be 15 character + 1 chose by me.
