What level of regeneration is this?

The character can regenerate after being stabbed in the stomach with a knife that very very thick. The problem is that all of this character’s organs are in a liquid state. In other words, there are no solid organs in her body. So what level of regeneration is this?

Maybe Low-Mid to Mid level? depending on severity.

Did the character actually sustain damage while in their "liquid" form? If so, I think it would only count as a Mid-Low level ability. If they didn't sustain damage, then it's not even regeneration.

The feat is this. The character’s organs have liquefied, so she has none organs. (The stab wound did not cause her organs to liquefy; they had already liquefied long before that.)

I think a Mid-Low level is fine, assuming it can regenerate even without organs. Unless it can regenerate and deform its body at will, in which case I think the classification would be higher.
