Kinda false, since they're not exist as consciousness itself and still have physical form. Since AE1 needs to exist purely as an abstraction + incorporeality and immortality.

Actually, there's no need to include the word "limited," because Raiden Ei is essentially just a consciousness, and Raiden Shogun acts like her avatar.

I don't know why this would be a limited AE1, since there's no limit to Raiden AE1.

Like.. Even if the Plane itself were destroyed, that doesn't make her gaining her physical form again cause once she sacrifice her physical form and turn into a consciousness she will be just like that permanently

The revisions are fine; regarding whether the AE is limited to the plane discussion - unless we have proof their AE is directly tied to being in the plane, I'm not sure why we would limit it.
