If it's a high tier verse (e.g Tier 2/1), you need a CRT. I think that if the verse page were made then you can publish those characters' pages.

Well, try to make a General Discussion thread for that verse first, then let's see how many people will join.

No. As long as they have enough feats for all statistics and PnA, you're good to go.

No. As long as they have enough feats for all statistics and PnA, you're good to go.

It's not a high-tier verse, and there is not much to its cosmology right now.

Plus my main focus is the MC, and he is only around Low 7-C right now

Most of the feats would also need to be calculated.

It should pass all the requirements. The only place I think it would fall short is Determination of Notability, as the verse is really obscure and has only around 21k views on web novel.
