Trying to strangle someone billions of times stronger isn’t a wincon, it’s suicide. By attempting to strangle Goku, he would be standing still for a while right in front of someone millions of times stronger. If Goku flexes his neck muscles, Deku loses his arms.

Being binded by it would require LS to break out of it unless Goku just launches an attack on it. Choking someone out also takes like 10 seconds or less.
Goku would also be slowed down to snail speed by Gear shift while Deku amps himself with Gear shift

Because Deku has like 2-3 perception blitz amps and a reverse perception blitz amp because he can nerf Goku to snail speed

LS isn’t even necessary. Goku can free himself simply by breaking the chains, because they wouldn’t withstand a 5-A level of force being applied to them... What the hell are you talking about?
He would need to touch Goku to reduce his speed. I don’t need to explain how risky that would be.

Being completely binded requires LS to break out. The only way to circumvent this is to attack black whip itself with Ki or something.
There’s like 3 pages explaining this. He has 2-3 perception blitz amps and Goku here is animalistic.

Still Goku can break out of black whip by just flexing unless the black whip is 5-A dura , the LS wincon is invalid.

Takes like 10 seconds to choke someone out with normal human lifting strength btw. So, imagine this situation.
