Alright, this is just meant to add statements by Doctor Nowhere that he made online about Phen-228 (or more often known as The Boiled One)
Also new names since those are fun: Tree of Hell,Flesh Sumac, Flesh Cactus of Pennsylvania, " the malevolent messenger of suffering"
Oh and one more thing before we get into the meat and potatoes, The Fabric One is confirmed to be a alternative reality version of Phen-228 thus exists in the actual lore. Thus should be moved from Alt Battles to VSBW. The confirmation of other universe is also heavily implied here
Also, Guilt speed calc and Locust GPE since nobody has approved the calcs yet

- Technology Manipulation and Electricity Manipulation ("all fun and games till the tv remote magically stops working the power goes out and your legs get that static feeling")
- Incorporeality, possibly full on 10-C stats (When asked on who would win between Phen-228 and "the organ eater" (idk who this is btw) "organator is physical, boiled one is metaphysical, meaning he can only become physical once the manifestion requirements are met... and since Organator ninety percent blind and deaf, aside from the ability to sense organs in the vicinity, I'd say neither")
- It should be noted that "manifest" is meant to mean become real in a sense if thats not clear enough. See this tweet. Uttering his name also increases the chance for manifestation by 28% every time you do

So basically, Phen-228 should get flat out Below Average Human level stats by only being able to become physical with our reality right now via television. What I would recommend is seperating it by keys from "Pre-Manifestation" (10-C) to "Post-Manifestation" (The current stats + exclusive portal creation as thats a part of their big plan after getting real) alongside some new abilities to pre-manifestation. Also The Fabric One should be moved over as, despite being a ad, they are still canon to the lore thus should be included.
