Just checked and Soul Magic says magic can interact with Primordials, who currently have NEP2.

Kratos resists both and has his own RE.
That said, he currently doesn't have NPI for this sort of NEP so it doesn't matter anyways.

The page says it pretty cleary I believe. Chaos getting NEP2 was just a later addition from a game that changed our whole "Chaos(the character) is magic" that we forgot to remove.

The reason why i think it could work is since in this key, he can create skills for himself, and can perfectly analyze stuff. Each skill also has a "layer" before the earlier one in that category, so it should be possible, but this may qualify as an NLF on the wiki, that's why I am unsure if it's a valid argument or not. (thus my either vote)

Jokes aside, yeah this is probably just incon. Kratos can't really touch Rimuru and I doubt he's using his Social Influencing charms on him or smth.

Both are Low 1-C tho? Kratos himself has AD, RE and ability to counter physical blows with Valor.
Edit: Forgot he's NEP. Yeah, this would probably either not go anywhere or be a mismatch for Kratos.
