at least use mechafrieza, he upscales from 54.038 ZTfoe so the gap is only a ~2.5x difference, which gives frieza a chance at least

Hal doesn’t use 100% of the ring casually, so the AP gap only matters in a prolonged fight — which FP Frieza can’t really do.

Mecha Frieza’s even worse since he toys around instead of going all out like FP.

he wouldn’t need to, he’s nearly 14x stronger. That’s like an adult man fighting someone who, idk can barely lift two cats. Now imagine that someone constantly getting weaker and slower as well. I don't think there has been made arguments for either. Is Hal more skilled? His page has a **** ton of abilities and hax from the ring that frieza likely doesn't resist

I mean, physically he's superior, he's pretty skilled, so it could be a problem because of his LS, that and he has a lot of haxs that I don't know how he uses more than half of them, I just think the ring has resistance denial and that Hal Well... stomps

This is kinda generous to Frieza tbh, since Hal’s blasts scale above his constructs and he can just transmute Frieza into a bird anyway.
Come to think of it now, I don’t think Frieza’s duraneg is even a wincon here since Hal has a Mid-High regen feat (Pre-Crisis Hal was built diff).
