Also Foodlosslla barely showed any fighting skills or inflicted any damage in the video above, and even if he did punch, I think Gourdzilla could still survive due to the relatively close stats. I think at most, Gourdzilla would be stunned or something.

Yeah, but apparently Foodlosslla has "Hundreds of Meters" range in his profile, so he should be able to hit him.

Gourd should have bigger range as this beam is straight up bigger than it so around 500-700m just eyeballing it, it's on the profile that he is around 350 meters or so in height
