I would not grant social influencing with that alone. If instead he used his intimidation in an active manner, that scan can serve for further justification. But alone? Nah.

The added speed justification it's meh imo, but I suppose it's harmless.

The rest is fine.

Seems good to me.
 
Makes sense, people tend to forget that Grievous in canon constantly matches Obi-Wan in combat and, the few times he loses, is only beaten by Obi-Wan using the force against Grievous.

The only people who beat him without the force are Asajj Ventress (and guidebooks imply that Grevious just got cocky), and Kit Fisto, whose fighting style was a hard counter to Grevious's since it focuses on fighting multiple enemy lightsabers at once.
