I think that AP gap and regen might just do it. Plus, Nora ain't getting her semblance, and even if she did, Soldier Boy's electricity resistance renders it ineffective.

I also can't, for the life of me, remember when Nora actually did anything to another person. Like, she whacks Grimm hard, obviously. I genuinely can't remember any good showing against a person.

Her hammer can generate its own electricity as of Volume 4

After the Fall of Beacon, Nora upgrades Magnhild to be able to build up electricity in the hammer's head, allowing her to power herself up. This upgrade is first put to use in the fight against the Geist in "The Next Step".

Nora's fighting style is built around an overwhelming and explosive physical force. This can be seen in her tendency to swing her hammer in wide arcs to build up momentum before striking. This is also noticeable in her use of either her hammer's recoil or nearby tall structures to achieve heights that allow her to come crashing down into her adversaries, crushing them under the combined impact of both natural momentum and her own raw power.

Okay watched the scene back and I don't really think Jaune saying 'ready to try the new upgrade' and the hammer crackling does a proper job at explaining the interaction with the semblance as opposed to just the hammer having more oomph, but that's neither here nor there.

Irrespective of it, Soilder Boy's regen might be a problem depending on how exactly high Nora's amp goes, cause regen ain't gonna do anything if he's just being one shot.

ok I just realized that Nora gets a x10 amp from her semblance cuz in a previous key she went from 20 tons to over 200

so in this key she'd go from over 200 to over 2000

Nora already has every advantage besides AP and her semblance gives her the last advantage she needs to stomp Soldier Boy into the ground
