Honkai: Star Rail - World-Cleansing Blood is not Bumtylia level

So, World-Cleansing Bood doesn't have a confirmed scaling on the wiki, so I'll change that.

So, the confusion comes from World-Cleansing Blood being similar to that of an Emanator of Destruction

Ignoring how it says "similar", the power of an Emanator of Destruction ranges from 3-C Phantylia, 3-B up to 2-A Zephyro, and then just straight up 2-A Irontomb. It shouldn't automatically mean it's Phantylia level

2-A Khaslana also killed himself to obtain the World-Cleansing Blood so it wouldn't make sense if that power dropped was just 3-C. It's also blood dropped from 2-A Nanook THEMSELVES.


World-Cleansing Blood is also shown destroying Nigh Aeon Irontomb's Defensive Barriers which are 2-A as well as it being important against destroying Irontomb's copies


World-Cleansing Blood is also vital in order to kill the Aeon of Abundance, Yaoshi

So yeah, World-Cleansing Blood should be 2-A. Due to this, Lord Ravager Jingliu should scale to the exact stats of Khaslana's peak as she did obtain the World-Cleansing Blood ontop possessing Lightning Lord and Tayzzy's divine corpus.


(Small addition but Emanators should be 10x faster than Aventurine of Stratagems who possesses 1/10th the power of an Emanator of Preservation)
 
The arguments presented seem logical and well thought out to me, I agree with this thread for now unless it becomes controversial
 
The Xianzhou alliance would be clowns for wanting to use the Blood to kill Yaoshi if it was only tier 3. So sure

On the speed point though ngl you’ll need some supporting evidence for emanators being faster than pathstriders to justify applying the multiplier to speed considering how no one really gets blitzed in HSR fights (besides Phainon vs Zephyro)

Acheron blitzing the Trailblazer

Acheron being faster than Welt

The first one, Acheron almost transformed into Unsheathed Sword and the latter one was during her transformation that she became faster and stuff

Iirc we never indexed Acheron being faster than Welt as Time Slow but rather a Time Stop somewhere in the very end of the Acheron vs Aventurine fight as per this dialogue, but yeah point is that Acheron is quantifiably faster than all of them whether AE or Aventurine. The dialogue also supports that the Trailblazer didn't know shit what happened after, and after Acheron unsheathed her sword and Preservation collided with Nihility. Time is like frozen apparently according to Trailblazer.

Emanator of The Hunt just casually walking up and watches the fight in slow motion while Yanqing and Yunli doesn't realize. Does that count.

Can we abuse the slowmotion meta for Emanators in matchups next time since Acheron and Feixiao has been shown to do this like Vital View from ZZZ lmao

Btw i just realized the Welt shit doesn't matter since that form is MFTL+, but yeah Acheron blitzing Trailblazer in her base form since she didn't even transform properly is getting FTL+

Actually wait LR Jingliu had WCB? How would that even work if we didn't even go to Amphoreus in that timeline?

Phainon would still be stuck in the cycles no?
