Just so we're in the same page here are the supposed wincons that have been listed for Altair has and why they are invalid:
1)Probability Manipulation- This hax has no known offensive applications so she can't use this as a wincon.
2)Fate Manipulation, Time Manipulation, and Logic Manipulation- Altair's "Fate Reconstruction" ability has no known offensive applications so she can't use this as a wincon.
3) Conceptual Manipulation(Type 1) and Information Manipulation(Type 2) 1 Layer- Lady Bone Demon has 8 layers of resistance to these two so it won't work, and Metaphysical Equalization means that this can't be bypassed by Altair.
4) BFR - As far as I can tell this doesn't seem to be an ability that Altair normally uses in combat so it would probably be OOC for her to use it here. And even assuming she does use it here Lady Bone Demon's has Low 1-C range with the Samadhi Fire and Fate Power so she'd still be capable of hitting Altair with her attacks even if the latter does decide to use it.
5) Existence Erasure/Deconstruction - Lady Bone Demon has 1 layer of resistance to this so Altair's Fate Restoration ability so this won't work on Lady Bone Demon.
6) Plot Manipulation - Altair's "Outline Origin" ability reverts characters back to their original form in their story, thus eliminating any powers or forms the target did not have at the beginning. With that said, since Lady Bone Demon is as old as time itself and has always had her powers she doesn't have an "original form" that Altair can revert her back to remove them, so this ability won't work on Lady Bone Demon.
8)Power Nullification - Altair is shown to have 3 types of Power Nullification: 1) An unnamed ability that allows her negate the effects of the abilities that she's been hit with. This one won't be an issue as unlike "Outline Origin" this is more so a defensive ability, and has never been shown to be capable removing a target's ability directly, 2) Outline Origin which also won't work as explained above, however assuming that this does somehow end up working Lady Bone Demon can easily restore her powers back via her Fate Physiology's Restoration ability(which Altair won't be able to negate due to it not being covered by her Power Nullification), 3) Her Existence Change which has Power Nullification listed as one of it's effect. Now seeing as Sirius had to first paralyze Altair before she was able to initiate this ability there's a pretty good chance that Altair won't even be able to use this since Lady Bone Demon has 1 Layer of Resistance to Paralysis Inducement on top of having Immeasurable Lifting Strength, which on top of Lady Bone Demon also having the speed advantage would mean that Altair won't be able to keep Lady Bone Demon still long enough for her to be able to use this ability.
8)Greater Absorption (Information & Narrative), Greater Resistance Negation, Immortality Negation (Types 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, and 9), Resurrection Negation & Regeneration Negation (High-Godly; {Narrative, Information, & Concept} Acausality Negation Nonexistence Erasure (Nature Type 2, All Aspects {Type 5: Narrative, History, Nothingness, Fate, Causality, Space-Time, Law, Logic, Energy, Willpower}- As I said above there is a pretty good chance that Altair won't be able to use her "Existence Change" ability as it seems require the target to remain still seeing as Sirius only initiated using this ability after she got Altair pinned down. With that said seeing as none of Altair's abilities would be capable of pinning down Lady Bone Demon due to the former only has Class 100 Lifting Strength while the latter has Immeasurable Lifting Strength this ability isn't really viable to use as a wincon.
9) Conceptual Manipulation (Type 1), Space-Time Manipulation, Vector Manipulation, Perception Manipulation, Sealing, & Magic - Altair has never been shown to use Selesia's Ionion Aphoria so it would be OOC for her to use it here.
10) Acausality(Type 5)- Based on Altair's profile it seems like her true form has been known to do is create an image body to allow her to interact with the world, and it also seems to have no feats of doing anything. With that said, it seems like if Lady Bone Demon destroys Altair's image body the only thing that her true from would be able to do is make another image body and nothing more.
With all that said, I'd say that it very much is possible for Lady Bone Demon to stalemate Altair here.
