Strongest 4-D Characters on the Wiki

There isn't an explicit mention of such seeing as most people know that these aspects are already part of the mind, if not the mind itself, but if you want showings as to why

The mind manip part is obvious, and regarding the biochemical effects, those are either manipulations of one's endocrine system and hormones, and thus, the brain, or outright affecting the brain, with the brain being at the very least mind-adjacent in situations where it isn't outright the mind due to the mind being some degree of abstraction
Quoting Memory Manip (for memories)
The ability to influence memory. Can be carried out using empathic, mental, biological, electrical or data manipulation.
Empathic manipulation: Affecting memory through emotions. Usually very limited and allows user to erase or distort existing memories only.

Already showed how Empath is effectively part of mind manip, and it affecting memories isn't that wild, considering what exactly trauma can do

1. Knowledge: These characters can manipulate information as the medium of knowledge as opposed to just manipulating what a specific person knows, which would be considered Mind Manipulation. Characters with this ability can, for example, destroy information on a subject and by that make it inherently unknowable. Other examples of uses would be to prevent information from leaving an area, making it so that those outside can't gain knowledge of what is happening inside, or altering information to change what people know about the subject into something else.

None of these are example of soul being those aspects. Just make a CRT and be done with it

was redundant as those are all simply part of the mind, you said the wiki considered that otherwise, I said no, you asked me to show you, and I responded with the quoted response, the soul never came into this conversation beyond the original post
 
Question if a character has a 5D soul, and 5D mind but literally everything else is 2-A (well they do have a possibly low 1-C tier). Can they have a place on the list? Or aganist rules?

Passive Imaginary Energy is for sure through Black Tide and when Irontomb's energy output increased exponentially that turns him into having Infinite HP, there are also other passives such as the Coreflames including 1 billion degrees heat manip due to it merging with Khaslana pretty sure in 3.7 when we fought Khaslana

Yeah but that's for characters with things below 4D. Once a character has something over 4D, they're out
