Worst parents on VSBW for every tier.

Pretty self explainatory. There are plenty of horrible parents in fiction, but who's the worst of them all for every tier? We're going to do a top 5 for each tier because top 3 is boring. When submitting a character, just briefly explain why they're so horrible of a parent. I'll clean up the list once there's actually characters to put up. Characters who are technically just guardians but still fill that parental role anyways count here.

Characters with possibly ratings are fine and will be put in said category, however characters with solid ratings of that tier will take priority over possibly ratings unless said character is that bad. Characters who are in multiple tiers will be applied to all tiers they're in unless they simply don't make the top 5.

As one would expect, Settra has had children. You never see any of these children because he sacrificed them all to the gods in a ritual. Nuff said.

Guess that counts for being a parent, even if he technically wasn't one for very long.

I don't even know if theres even any "parents" by the definition we're going by in tier 0.

Big Mom (Low 5-B), had her children solely for gaining connections to other races, including offering her children up in arranged marriages, disparages them for their appearances, kicks the fathers out of her territory after getting pregnant to never let them see their children and even stole the soul of out one her sons because he tried to stop her rampage on their home territory.

Lusamine (High 3-A or 9-B if forms don’t count). Emotionally abusive to her children, tries to control them, and becomes enraged when they don’t like being controlled. Tries to attack her daughter when she lost a battle with the protagonist.

Forms count as long as it's actually them. (And are listed in both tiers as long as they suck enough to be there) I'm not going to count tiers they get with their pokemon since that's a completely different entity to them entirely.

You know what, before i forget i'm going to throw Peter Griffin into the 9-A tier. I couldn't possibly narrow down all the shit he does to his kids due to how much there is, so he's just going to be... there. If you know you know i suppose.

If someone threw in Peter Griffin I guess we could add Stan Smith from American Dad into this, Stan is a CIA Agent and Steve his son once asked him whether he could teach him how to defend himself, Stan gave Steve a gun and said guns beat karate and that was all he did. He dressed up in a disguise as a bully beat his son up and then after his son returned home lectured him on the ass whooping he just received, he cloned him because his son wasn't to his liking and the son he raised turned into a murderer who beheaded and eats cats. He turned his daughter into a sleeper agent and now she has a psychotic personality hidden underneath her and he can control her whenever he wants to.

Can I suggest multiple?
Ultraseven and Ultraman Belial

The former's son only find out Seven was his dad after he's pretty much done with his banishment from their planet

The latter made a kid and has his henchman torture him and his friends so that he could get stronger, just to absorb him and get his powers back

I just saw this, first thing that came to mind was Jotaro Kujo... then I remembered DIO exists.

DIO had 4 children, complete absentee to them all. All Giorno had to know who his father was a picture. A single picture.
These are just the women that survived him, he typically just used them as sustenance since he's a vampire after the fact.

I'd also say Yujiro Hanma is up there too, but I know far less about him so I'd prefer to let others elaborate here.

Thanos for all his tiers a dead beat dad who sired lot of bastard children and tried to kill them all for the love of lady death.

I just remembered multiple bad parents so i will add: J'son and Ego respectivly both being Peter Quills Dad. One in the comics the other in the MCU and aside from bad parenting i guess we have multiple things such as using his child batteries and killing pretty much all his descendants (this one's ego) while J'son betrayed his son and put a bounty on him, after his empire failed he decided to become a supervillain to take revenge on his son.
Also Mujin Park who rejected his new born child after it is shown to be physically deformed, thinking that as the child seems not to be part of Generation X or the new Human he decided to abandon her as he rejects the old Humanity as a whole.
Fire Lord Ozai for turning his daughter into an egolomaniac and giving his son a permanent scar on his face banishing him and sending him on a journey which could have ended up as a life time banishement with no hope of redemption.

Is stan in a similar boat as Peter where the hijinks he gets up to that make him a horrible parent as just that long of a list?

Ultraseven doesn't even seem that bad if he didn't even know, not to mention Belial seemed to have... deserved it based off the description.

For characters like Ego who has comics, movies, and such you should limit to down to that specific version on what they did as a terrible father. I aint compositing them that's cheating.

Edit: Surprisingly, J'son doesn't seem like he's as bad as William Afton as a father somehow.

The shortest answer I can give you is a yes, as they are both part of american sitcom and both of these father figures have a very long list of doing absurd things to their child as the show is a sitcom and they are for a more mature audience which is why every new episode there is basically a kind of reset, though i'd say francine could be worst than stan but she doesn't have a profile so I just said stan.

What do you mean exactly I don't really understand it cause those things are purely MCU Ego and not comic Ego? I said both of them (J'son and Ego) are Peter Quill's Dad one is in the comics the other is only in the MCU. Cause I remember something about Feige stating he thought J'son was too boring which is why they made Ego Peter Quill's Dad in the movies. And if you want the statment of Ego seperatly: Ego massacred many of his children as they were created for his cosmic expanision, Peter Quill as his only "successful" child was supposed to function as his personal Battery to as said befor further his cosmic expansion as a living planet as his plan was to turn everything into an extension of himself.
