That's not a strong argument, especially here where verse has always been quite underrated (and is quite overrated nowadays...) Uzuhiko would at most be accepted at level 6, there's no way to raise that to level 5. There's absolutely no comparison with both statements. The latter is straightforward with the assertion, and lives no room for any other interpretation than what it is.
While nobody knows what Light of justice does or how it works, or if "destroy the world" means surface-wipe destruction.

As much as I know Sasuke, I don't think he will say that he will stop a threat stronger than kaguya when he believes that he is weaker than kaguya

In the verse, all abilities for chakra manipulation require concentration and molding. Ninja train to keep their concentration almost passive and to mold chakra very quick, however, it can never be entirely passive.
They slip up, lose focus, and even a piece of wood penetrates their defence/chakra durabilty.

The only abilities that don't require concentration and molding in any form are Shinjutsu. However, Otsutsuki still have to concentrate and mold chakra for other jutsu.

I'm saying that the novel statement in Sasuke Shinden doesn't even try to imply that he's as strong or stronger than Kaguya but rather the exact opposite.

The statement implies that anything which can threaten Kaguya is inherently a huge threat to Naruto and Sasuke too.

I don’t think it's saying anything super conclusive, but it's clearly implying that Naruto/Sasuke are not significantly above Kaguya.

Which makes sense because if they were, it wouldn't make sense for Sasuke to abandon his family for the next decade to investigate this potential threat.
