Idle Transfiguration > Limitless + Six Eyes > Technique Extinguishment. Top 3 techniques. It could even be the single best technique for actual jujutsu battles if it had an insanely good user. Do not be mentioning Chaos & Harmony, that was carried by Mul 💢

It is not. Makora is an untameable kamikaze card, and the rest of the shikigami are fine but not cream of the crop.

As Sukuna said himself, Hana is nothing more than a strong technique in a weak vessel. And any technique can bypass Infinity with a Domain.

If your technique kills you to MAYBE take out another sorcerer it's not top 5 material. Even including a tamed Makora (nonsense only Sukuna is capable of), it wouldn't beat out the top 3 when taking all 4 techniques at their greatest potential.

No character who literally takes damage from Jacob's Ladder (every incarnation) is gonna push Yuta to mid-diff unless it's literally the strongest sorcerer in history. Technique Extinguishment is genuinely a top 3 cursed technique I cannot stress enough how much it rockets Yuta to the top of JJK.

Even without Mahoraga it's still a busted CT
You get free RCT and other techniques which comes with it. Even Yuka can manifest CTs on her own body so Megumi might be just a bum.
You might be right on it's not being able to beat Sukuna, Dabura, Yuji and Gojo without Mahoraga. But pretty sure with enough IQ and 9 other shadows you can beat up other characters in the verse.

"Punch through it"? Most sorcerers don't have to do that because Technique Extinguishment does not normally deal damage. The strength of it is the fact that you burn your opponent's entire deck of cards. They can't use innate technqiues, shikigami, or new shadow style, it turns the opponent into a pre-shinjuku Yuji.

It doesn't negate CE itself and it's burning effect is not all that big. Also CE output is dependent on the user. It doesn't automatically nerfs others to Pre Shinjuku Yuji level. For example Ryu like characters (if he was in his original body) can still punch through Yuta.
 
An unconditional "You can't use any cursed techniques now" is insanely busted. It completely shuts down the gameplan of 90% of sorcerers and 100% of cursed spirits or incarnations.
 
top 4 cursed techniques canonically are copy, idle transfiguration, six eyes limitless and ten shadows
