I mean in the only fight he has where he can use it, he makes it the sure-hit effect of his domain. If he's fighting an incarnation, a cursed spirit, or just someone with a very very challenging technique (Limitless and Idle Transfiguration come to mind), he'd be silly not to use it fairly often, just like he made plenty of use of Sky Manipulation (his second-best technique).

Because it's stated that destruction of the brain and beheading will kill any RCT user no matter how powerful their RCT. Hakari himself said he almost died when a lightning bolt was gonna explode in his head, but he managed to expel the cursed energy out of him before then. Also RCT users like Gojo and Yuta can be killed by horizontal bisection, a massive antifeat against Mid regen.

in all fairness, it's because RCT is difficult and exhausting

hakari doesn't suffer those drawbacks due to it being infinite and automatic

He can heal it back zero times because RCT does not happen when you lack a brain. Gojo and Sukuna have INSANELY precise cursed energy manipulation (Gojo's at the atomic level) and even they were risking dying every time they damaged their prefrontal cortex, despite only targeting the part of their brain in charge of the innate tecnique and not the reverse cursed technique. RCT cannot revive the dead, and Hakari is not literally immortal in jackpot, he's just hard to kill (unless you're one of the top 5, then he's easy to kill).

When Hakari's head was targeted and he barely expelled the attack in time, he remarked "You almost got me, Kashimo!"

Since it appears Hakari's weird ass RCT does not share the same weakness from other users, can i please ask you to at least send this so we can interpret if that'd be applying for him too?

Hakari's RCT is not "weird", and shares all the same weaknesses as all other RCT users, the only difference is that Hakari's is automatic and very fast. Decapitation or bisection will still kill him.
