Okay, to be honest, Annoying Orange tends to do a lot of silly things in battle and rarely uses his strengths. While he can drive opponents insane and explode with his social influence, it's not certain if that applies to Shock Rock. I mean, I don't know if the Ben 10 reboot will be as sane as the original.

so he makes people insane by talking alot.
Illegal street racer Le Grange gives lots of mologues and Ben straight up said NO to him with a straight face and is clever enough to distract Alien X with his words, buying enough time before he kills him.

He talked a lot, but not seriously; instead, he used sarcasm and jokes. This angered Saw and greatly annoyed Eggplant.
Even singing a song made this horse-headed creature run away in pain.
So yeah, its kinda difference
Instead of lengthy speeches, Annoying Orange's message lies in teasing, mocking, and using outrageous antics.

From what I know about the Ben 10 reboot as a child, he's quite hot-tempered and impulsive, so it will be difficult for him to control that.

I misphrased it a little; it was arrogance. Anyway, Ben might doze off during long philosophical talks, but if it's just sarcasm and jokes, can he really stay calm?

You would have to more than 2 incidents of Ben doing long philosophical talks.
Here is a Villain who is about to blow up the planet via Low 5-B planet busting Attack and Ben in a army commander he was doing constant smack down Ben simply pushes through.
Ben himself has Supernatural willpower, plus he resists Hypnosis and Mind control

Ugh... I mean, resisting mind control doesn't make you resistant to higher levels of social influence, I mean... social influence isn't some kind of supernatural ability. Those two things are completely different, and I remember being told that during the matchup between Bill and Yhwach.

I have given 3 scans to villains monologuing and Ben not greatly engaging in a annoying contest with them.
And this is Shock Rock he can just escape into outer space the moment the battle start.
it's literally in the name Naut (referring to space astronaut key with jetpack boosters installed)
which is the main purpose of this key.

What I mean is, there's a huge difference between taunting, sneering, and having a normal conversation, especially when Annoying Orange is fighting and always trying to annoy and provoke others. Anyway, I find it a bit confusing that you brought up Ben's resistance to hypnosis when I was just talking about social influence.
And about flying into space, and then can he landing back on Earth? I mean, the SBA rules say the character needs to be in the arena to fight; if they can't return within a week, they lose.

Where does SBA say character who can fly can not shoot from a Range?
Shock Rock has Telekinesis and can superior lifting strength.
All he needs to do is simply point at annoying orange and execute his finishing move.
SR's finishing move is Energy Cage where he permanently incapacitate the enemy with an energy cage this lasts as long as he desires. This is a unique move he can make an energy cage that lasts even after detransforming and used it to trap Vilgax for hours who couldn't escape all night and has to literally sit through

Shock Rock is very creative, probably the most creative alien he has because the whole purpose of his introduction was to introduce an alien which can deal with cosmic enemies from outer space.
I believe his creativity will give him the win for the following reasons:
and he has something very similar to Durability Negation in his Energy Spear upon being his hammer can implode the opponent inside out.
or just play the Range game since he's ranged attacker and make a giant Energy Lasso Rope and toss around before Going him

All of these took at least 6-8 seconds.
6 seconds is all he needs to escape to space.

There are other creative things he can from creating a giant energy net to safely capture orange from a distance.
Any objects he starts swaping get's cut by dual swords by shock rock even if it's 1 inch closer to him.

Orange won't be expecting something like boomerang. Also Shock Rock is purely made up of living energy, having 3-different layes of dura + Supernatural willpower to force his way forward and execute his finisher, The Energy Cage or Spear or Chainsaw. or just stick to Telekinesis.
I'm voting and going with Shock Rock for this one his arseal is creative enough to escape the range of Range of annoying orange's talking. Reboot Ben is also not someone who has shown to be smart he was able to figure out how Time was frozen and in order for him to undo time he need to become faster than Time itself and proceed to unfroze time (Based off of season 4 and 5 Ben's understanding of danger and being creative enough to deal with a disaster that nobody had zero hope of recovering from, i put my trust him in. Entire purpose of Omni naut aliens is to fight in air outerspace. That's their entire gimmick.

- Using his energy to create a boomerang which actually works like a boomerang that comes back to attack enemies) working as a homing attacker.
- Using creative underground energy eruption attacks
- Shock Rock can make Dual weapons and chainsaw (his aim is good as well). He can use both forcefields and energy wepons from a distance
- Basically, he can create anything he can imagine, from a giant scissor to a bicycle anything made up of his own energy. Giant Energy Chainsaw

Honestly, Annoying Orange's profile is pretty outdated, so I can't use anything outside of his profile to argue against it. So, yeah, I think Shock Rock will win.

I mean... Annoying Orange's records are so outdated, the new updates only add tier 2C and Info hax, and the Varies tier are still in use without any explanation. So it's pretty understandable why this is kinda... Idk.
