based on what exactly? Reinhard can't interact with AX's debate dimension because of 26-D space and his immo type 9 negation (if he has one) isn't on same level as AX immo type 9, Serena and Bellicus can use EE from that distance meanwhile Reinhard can do nothing basically a stomp

Too bad that this was discussed before, and it was literally accepted. Anyways, as long as he can't even harm X's true form, X can do anything he wants.
Reinhard can't do anything against X, so even if this was grace, it would be need to remove since Reinhard can't even able to harm X and Reinhard's argument are based on something that can't even work on X's true forms

yeah for the record Aolphi's downgrade crt didn't really got concluded he was even confused to apply changes. Staffs voted for different things, and immo type 9 was never downgraded in the CRT it was mentioned because of AE type 1
