This is specifically for pre-last order Alita. She should have her attack, combat, and perception speed to be upgraded to sonic - supersonic for all forms. Berserker body travel speed should be transonic, all other forms have the rest of speed at subsonic.

In her civilian body, she got hit in the head by the sonic fingers metal ball shot. Though Doctor Ido pointed out that the angle of the ball is why she didn't die.
Also, not sure why the tuned key doesn't have "hypersonic speed via solenoid gun".
