Regeneration question

If, let's say, a character got striked by an asteroid which created a blast that destroyed the entirety of Europe, and the character regenerated from the impact, what level of regeneration would that character need? (The blast didn't show if the character turned to dust, smoke, liquid etc)

At least Wall level since he pretty much never gets hurt by anyone in the verse but I wouldn't go as far as actually scaling him to the blast because he has shown to be able to regenerate from self-destruction(pulverization) and, even if he does scale to other crazy feats(like a dude throwing an object so far it reached Andromeda Galaxy in less than a day) its way above anything shown in the verse

The feat:
(Here it doesn't look like its destroying Europe but the point of that Asteroid is that it becomes real and comes to you instead and in another video it was stated to be capable of destroying most, if not the entirety of Europe)
The character I'm reffering to is this little guy right here(who was also inside the room when it happened): who has shown regeneration from explosions before:

That seems like regenerating from being reduced to small pieces which is High-Mid

So for short it's not more impressive than his previous feats of regeneration. Thanks.
