I made a user blog about Kieran, since we never had one
We even have one approved for Piper
Can my blog get accepted if everything is alright?
(P.S. ik its already a year passed, so if smth changed let me know)

Burning a house down takes place over time and has very little bearing on AP.

There's also problems with glass breaking feats now.

then you suggest me to delete it? Piper had same street+ value here
She should probably be Street level unless a feat can be linked.
I agree with house feat, but we literally had same with Roman here
Roman most likely used explosives, and that was, as hinted at, an explosion rather than a fire. That means it happened in one shot.

Roman actually indirectly caused a gas leak that blew up the house, if anything I don't see how something like this would even benefit Roman in an actual fight

Perhaps, but in truth a gas explosion doesn't have that kind of power. Realistically it'd make more sense to have put explosives in there to be triggered by the gas explosion. Movies always take extreme liberties with that though, so who knows.

All the same, it isn't a standard ability Roman has, so I can see reasoning for removing it. One thing that could be interesting is measuring the durability the other characters would need to not be damaged by the blast.
