Ichigo is like hundreds of times stronger than Cooler. Cooler's only saving grace here is that if Ichigo doesn't figure out the gimmick behind the Big Gete Star then Cooler will eventually grow to match him, even if it takes awhile since he was able to go from weaker than Super Saiyan Goku to overpowering him after one regeneration like some Mahoraga shit.

The Big Gete Star attaches to a planet and starts harvesting the entire thing for materials and energy.

Just gonna mention this cooler can attack someone while he is still in mid i.t so he can attack ichigo when he is still in i.t space

He can also gang up on ichigo with his clones and his RE would make him eventually stronger than ichigo

That RE would take awhile to catch up though, that's for sure given the sheer gap between Ichigo and Meta-Cooler.
