you had five ppl disagreeing with u(probably 6-7 when I asked other dc friends to fact check them) I don't even see reason for embarrassing urself with proving u know nothing about character if u srsly can't get Dina is street lvl(More clearly Oliver Queen lvl) idt genuinely reading lot is required, like deadass I believe if @Antvasima touched Green Arrow runs he can confirm she is normal human lvl, relative to her husband at best.
But what you did
1. Ignored outlier(literally written in VSBW rules)
2. Ignored case by case scalings(consistency)
3. Ignored recent staff thread about DC Marvel to exactly disallow to cross scale consistent characters to inconsistency
4. Ignored general DC Marvel Comics Powerscaling rules
Like I don't even care if you read them or not, you just proved you never read Black Canary by claim "She is DC Herald level". I can't trust to someone who ignores VSBW rules just and pretends to read comics(this is what we call larp) hence I just recommend to @Antvasima to topic ban you from DC until you finally learn VSBW rules

Anyway I think these feats are just egregiously high outliers in comparison to Black Canary's usual portrayal and showings. She's literally a street tier. I'd treat these feats in the same vein as times where Batman doesn't get atomized by attacks from Herald level characters, they're just outliers and not consistent for scaling.So found something possibly threadworthy
3A to possibly low2C black canary at her peak with her scream and kung Fu magic
She fought and ultimately defeating a queitus, a being existing outside time and space, is the end of all things and threatened to destroy the living universe (black canary 2015 issue 7)
Her cry with another canary can shift reality
She has Kung Fu magic called five heavens palms which taps into the fabric of the universe (black canary 2015 issue 12)
She has this since she was a baby and was taught by her mother (who also have this power) to control the vibrations that is the movement of the universe, a music from the heavens that is her cry(black canary 2015 issue 12)
She also has this low 1C feat of exploding amazos head who has the power of all justice league members including lanterns like Hal, superman and speedsters (justice league of America 2006 issue 24)
I propose a peak key for her

We still have to consider whether such instances are moments of Plot-Induced Stupidity or if there is other crucial context. Dealing extremely minor, barely even visible, damage to Superman shouldn't mean the attacker has Low 1-C AP.
There's not really a concrete rule to be honest, its more of a case-by-case thing.

In all reality all of this can just be written off as Black Canary having durability negating hax through vibration manipulation. The universes in DC and their inhabitants are all based on vibrations after all. Her fight against this “Quietus” (very original name) is just her using her sound / vibrational capabilities of her scream to defeat the entity.

I get the minor damaging thing shouldn't be treated as an actual feat
Il just try and find more feats, see if any amounts can do something and stick it in here and ask for more input
