If it's truly about space-time continuum, yes. But sometimes, there are case where characters creating a pocket dimension with its own space and time without further elaboration about its size.

whats the difference between space time n space time continuum?

Both are often used interchangeably. But again, sometimes the former isn't always about the latter, which is a legit Low 2-C structure.
so for space time u still need to prove its universal in size to get L2c but Space time continuum always l2c?

No, this is depend on context, however the reason people accept space-time continuum to be L2C easier because when fiction mentioning it it would likely also referring to universal space-time continuum, though some fictions could goes against this notion with their context
